Saltgrass Steak House in OKC was a solid choice for a casual yet satisfying meal. My partner and I started with the fried onions as an appetizer, which were crispy, well seasoned, and perfect for sharing. For our entrées, we both ordered the steak and shrimp combo. The steak was cooked well with good flavor, and the shrimp were tender and seasoned nicely. Overall, everything was good and enjoyable, making it a pleasant dining experience we’d return to when in the area.

Would've gave it a 5 star but it took too long to receive our food, due to a large group that was in the restaurant. It felt as if they were being tended to more than anyone else. Overall the food was good, they just need a better strategy to handle large groups and not forget about the smaller ones.

Well… my husband and I went to Saltgrass for a date night dinner on Friday, 11-14-25. It was my first time being there. The place was nice. Food was pretty good. Service was decent. However.. toward the end.. I was not expecting the creepy crawling visitor we had on the wall beside us. 🥴 Bugaboo Lou-The American Cockroach. (And yes.. it, at one point, was MUCH closer. I didn’t take a picture until it had climbed way up the wall.) 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

It was my husband's birthday today. We have a gift card from a daughter, which leads us to your restaurant, which happens to be the only place in the card's listing that is available in OKC. And that is great, because we have not heard the name before and we don't even know it exists. We are happy with our 1st experience. The building looks great from outside. There is no problem finding a parking place. The atmosphere inside is homely. The receptionist (don't know her name) was welcoming and sweet, thank you. The friendly and beautiful server (Nikki) is like the frosting on a cake. Attended to our orders perfectly. My husband enjoyed his Texas T-Bone Steak ($36.99). It was cooked exactly the way he wanted. Thanks to the chef. My husband chose the overloaded potato soup to start with and for the side, brussels sprouts. He was able to order and enjoy a bottle of non alcoholic Heineken beer ($6.50). I love my grilled Atlantic Salmon ($24.99). I chose the Caesar salad with Italian dressing to start with and for the side, flash fried green beans. All the food that my husband and I ordered were delicious. We really enjoyed them. That is not all. We were served with a complimentary round soft brown bread, which I learnt online, to be the famous Saltgrass Shiner Bock Beer Bread. It is yummy. We love it! Thank you for the great service, the good food and all the goodness I have written.

A must try dining experience!!! My recent visit to Saltgrass Steakhouse was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. It's clear that the staff is both friendly and professional, and they made sure our meal wasn't rushed, which allowed us to truly savor the experience. The food was the highlight of the evening. The smoked mac and cheese was pure perfection—rich, creamy, and wonderfully smoky. I also highly recommend the salmon, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked. It's obvious that a lot of thought goes into their menu, as every dish is expertly paired and balanced. Overall, Saltgrass is an absolute must-try for anyone looking for a high-quality meal with impeccable service. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
