Miriam and Lauren were amazing! I thought I was organized, but from the start they had wonderful recommendations and answers to my many detailed questions. We did the 60 day plan and it was such a huge weight off my shoulders when they stepped in. Their help in negotiating with vendors and then recommending vendors I had not come up with yet like for makeup etc. was a huge help. My daughter is a busy executive and left a lot of the detail work to me since I have done a lot of event planning, but I still could not have done it half as well without Scout and Grace. The day of the wedding they took care of every detail so we could all truly relax and enjoy every minute of the day. Miriam even did the bustling of my daughter's dress (she wore my silk dress that we had re-made) and did a beautiful job- I was pretty stressed about trying to do that myself and she made it look so perfect! Most importantly my daughter said it was the happiest day of her life with no stress! Many guests remarked that our Dairy Barn event was one of the most joyful and beautiful weddings they had attended and so much credit goes to our planners! The day of help putting out menus, favors, programs, signs, table assignments, guest book, cake items, light wands for the finale, coordinating with the florist, DJ, and caterer as well as the ministers for our bi-lingual ceremony, they did it all and worked so hard to make the day special and carefree for our family. Everyone we worked with at Scout and Grace went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect wedding day at Laurel Ridge. I immediately hit it off with Miriam during our initial call and had faith that Scout and Grace could work around my hectic work schedule for planning meetings. Our initial coordinator, Erin, could not have been a better fit for us. She walked me through all of my stresses, knew when to encourage us to follow our vision, and when to support us when we decide we no longer wanted to include something in our wedding. She also recommended the absolutely best vendors. I felt so supported the year leading up to our wedding and thoroughly enjoyed the process. When life led to Miriam subbing in as our planner, she worked hard to get up to speed on our wedding and make sure we had the perfect day. She knew when to handle fires without us and when to ask us what we wanted/needed. And maybe most importantly, she was able to accommodate both my hectic work schedule and all of the strong/direct personalities that made up our wedding party (mostly mine :) ). Scout and Grace is an extremely professional company that will have your back and make sure you have what you need on your wedding day!

My husband and I got married this past summer and we are beyond grateful to have found Miriam and her team to help create our absolute dream day. Miriam kept us up to speed with deadlines throughout our engagement season, came to tastings/meetings with us and she was just so eager to dream up our wedding day together. On the day of our wedding Miriam and her team were so great to help with the last minute details. They each created such an stress-free morning for my bridesmaids and I to enjoy together as we got ready & helped out behind the scenes in so many ways.
