Civil Suit filed against the owner and businesses, $5,000.00 dollars of damages, received a judgement. I have not received judgement or all property. Watchmaker destroyed a one of a kind private label face completely. Replaced a crystal with a damaged one, damaged another working ladies Elgin watch, and did not repair another ladies watch. I do not recommend this business to family, friends, or unknown individuals. 0 stars.
Came in to have my vintage watch opened, cleaned, and polished. He made sure to talk me through all my options to ensure I wasn’t paying for any extra work that wouldn’t be necessary for my needs. I was shocked when he said he’d start right away and have it finished in under two hours. His work is stunning and the watch is brand new again! True artisan craftsman.
We had great service here. He was fast, knowledgeable, and affordable. He definitely earned our business in the future. We brought him two watches that had broken crystals, needed batteries, and cleaning. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
Jaime mora one of the best in the watch industry I’m very picky, had taken my Rolex datejust to get serviced came out looking brand new fell in love with my piece again best customer service and very professional, was left speechless with his knowledge very helpful you can tell he enjoys and loves what he does, only guy who will ever touch my luxury watches recommend 10/10 if you know me you know how picky I am so don’t hesitate go straight to Jaime as well as his jeweler if you need anything fixed or made
Watch maker Jaime is extremely knowledgeable. 17 years of experience and it shows! I took him my watches and he serviced them all perfectly with plenty of pictures to show!! Highly reccomended.
