Mobile Mayan was so good. Quesabirria Tacos were fresh and delicious, but the fish tacos were the promises of legends fulfilled. Crispy, spicy, tangy, refreshing all at once. I know I will be dreaming and salivating over these for a long time.

Coming from a perspective of an New Yorker, seattle food trucks are not it: they are over priced, slow in preparation, and it’s just, not amazing for its price. There’s no good food trucks in Seattle especially with the prices, mark my words.

I had a deep dish personal pan pizza which was good. However it was a bit overpriced in my opinion but then they do have to pay for their location.
