After the passing of my brother Dale, I came from Chicago to California to manage his estate, which included a condominium in Oakland and two properties in Palm Springs. Kathleen Sims is amazing. If you are looking for a hard-working agent who genuinely cares about her clients and is knowledgeable, experienced and thorough, Kathleen is the one. She sold a 3-unit apartment building for me in San Francisco. I live in the Sacramento area, and it was a hassle managing the building living so far away yet alone managing the sale of the building. Fortunately, we had a property management company to assist with the sell. However, this property management company was lacking in many ways to say the least. Kathleen stayed on top of them and managed to pull off the sale of this building in record time with limited assistance from me. In addition, Kathleen and I never met in person. Everything was done by phone, email or text, I am very busy with many other properties to manage. She took so much pressure off my plate by going over and above in every situation. She worked with the San Francisco Building Department on my behalf, she worked with the existing tenants to mitigate issues with the property management company, she stayed on top of the property management company to get repairs done quickly. She was a Godsend. The whole process for me was extremely smooth thanks to Kathleen. I appreciate all her hard work and would call upon her again, and I would recommend her to my friends and family.

Kathleen was EXCEPTIONAL with selling my house and the initial purchase years ago. She was and is EXTREMELY attentive and easy to contact and speak with. She kept me updated at every step, provided me with options i.e plan B if plan A didn't pan out. Kathleen was very honest, and informative when things needed to be done to help boost the house in preparation for the market sale . She stayed patient and kept pushing. She was a key part in my house selling and getting everything completed in a timely manner . She was extremely thorough with her marketing plan and spot on with pricing. She made sure potential buyers were well qualified and made the escrow process as smooth as possible Her office assistants are top notch as well. When Kathleen said something was going to be emailed to me to review or to sign, I checked my email and it was there waiting. I can say with the utmost confidence that I could not have accomplished this without everything Kathleen did for me. I feel lucky to have had her for the purchase /sale of my first home!
