We will recommend Shane Co to anyone and everyone! From the moment we walked in, the staff were professional and welcoming but also warm and friendly. Our service was prompt despite a busy store. Iliyah was so kind, patient, and hardworking to find the perfect setting and diamond for us. She let us try on anything we wanted, talked about customization options, and she seemed just as excited as we were when we found the one we loved! It never felt pushy or pressuring and we had an overall great experience.

They didn't have the wedding set I wanted in the store so they ordered it and it was there the next day. There was no obligation to purchase it. I just wanted to see it in person before I made my decision. Joshua was my first point of contact. He was so helpful and answered all my questions and even sent me pictures of the ring when it came in because I couldn't get to the store until the weekend! Amber was our rep when we got there. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and not rushed at all. She gave us some privacy to talk things over, but was always near by to answer our questions. She was great!! When we came back to pick up my rings after the sizing and changing out the head for a bigger stone we were helped by Christopher. He was also amazing!! He went back and forth between us and the jeweler to get things tweaked just right. I'm not sure who the jeweler was, but he was also awesome and corrected a few things to make it almost perfect!! Everyone at the store was so friendly and helpful. I will always be grateful for everything they did to help us!! Thank you everyone at Shane Co.!! I HIGHLY RECOMEND SHANE CO. !!!!!

My recent service experience with Thomas was exceptional. I went to replace an engagement ring that was damaged and he showed me additional options available for the stone setting, which will make my new ring even more beautiful. I initially didn’t see what I wanted from the options in the case so he went to the back and brought several more options and I found exactly the perfect one. He was so patient, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you. I was not looking forward to this visit based on my last experience a few weeks ago but he made it easy and seamless.

It is so personal, special, and accommodating. They go at your pace, price point, and interest. My parents also got their rings here. They offer life time ring size adjustment and cleaning. You will not be disappointed. I’m so happy with the quality and service!

Deciding to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend of 8 years here at this location was the best decision! Jessica was the best associate, not only did she help us when we first arrived but throughout the process, she was very attentive through email making sure the order went as smooth as possible. I have told everyone and anyone if they need a ring or ay jewelry to go here but especially to ask for Jessica. My name fiance said yes! And I could not have been able to do it without the help from Jessica.
