I had a wonderful experience thanks to Austyn and store manager Cherice. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding while I took my time deciding on a wedding band. I never felt rushed, and they were always happy to answer questions and offer guidance. Both were extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process feel comfortable and enjoyable. We love Shane Co. first purchase was my engagement ring some 14+ years ago. Now all our fine jewelry is purchased through them. Our daughter is now collecting a set of jewelry through them. And today we upgraded my diamond. We have never experienced a negative experience with them and always enjoy the professionalism their specialist provide. I had the most wonderful experience at this Shane in Chandler,AZ. I was shopping with my family for engagement rings. Cami, helped us out! I even was so emotional, in tears of joy during the process. What store makes you feel that way!? And believe me I had gone to a few jewelry places prior to coming to Shane. She was very professional, she had patience and was very kind and welcoming, worked with our budget too. Cami made the process smooth. The customer service received was above anything else!! This Shane location is the way to go. Ask for Cami if you go =]

I would never go to any other Jeweler. They are so friendly and helpful. The quality is amazing. They let you trade up your jewelry for what you paid originally, clean all of your jewelry that is brought in (except for Tiffany's), and resize as often as you need for life. I've been a customer for over 20 years and will never go anywhere else.
