Really appreciate these guys. Dealership tried to convince me that I need a new transmissions (crooks). Shepherd confirmed that I in fact did not. Great service and great to work with!

Shepherd Auto worked hard to fix a tricky transmission issue. Even though it couldn’t be fully resolved, they were honest, professional, and refunded the repair cost, only charging the diagnostic fee. Great customer service! I’d go back and recommend them to anyone.

I brought in my very first car (a cute lil mini cooper) for an oil change and check up, and Scott was so kind and helpful!! He was very patient (since its my first car I dont know much) and explained what was going on in my car in a clear and simple explanation. My car runs a lot better now, and I have a better understanding of the inner workings of my car. I’m definitely coming back, and recommending yall to everyone!! :^)
