As a first time client, the facial itself was excellent and I was very pleased and relaxed with my esthetician. However, upon paying up front I was asked 3-4 different times with various explanations on paying for a membership between two ladies. I felt extremely uncomfortable and I felt it was quite inappropriate to be asked that many times after very politely saying “no thank you.” Due to this unfortunate circumstance, I will more than likely not return in the future.

Never the same person at front desk, so can’t locate things on computer..or the computer system is being updated so they can’t find anything. In two years,I am on the third technician. I find these things concerning. I have expressed my concerns to front desk, sent multiple emails….with NO response. So add lack of communication to the list. I would not recommend.

Complete scam. Would absolutely not recommend whatsoever. I signed up for the membership to get facials every month prior to my wedding. Went in on my second visit and did an “add on service” and had a horrible reaction to the rezenerate service. My face felt completely dry, I have scar lines all over from where the pen went. Completely dried out my face. I’ve never had any issues with my face ever before. I just thought adding a facial prior to our wedding would help even skin tone and makeup application. When I purchased the service I asked if it could be refunded since I wasn’t sure if I would like the add on or not. I purchased the $400 rezenerate package for 6 visits of it, they told me I could. Asked for a refund of what services I didn’t use and just happy to walk away due to the reaction. Manager (Natalie?) would not give me a single dime back. Told me she could just pause my membership but the rezenerate is a package and nonrefundable. Extremely upset with how this experience was. The lady that did the facial was amazing however this company is horrible and would not at all recommend. Horrible customer service as well. Lady on the phone was extremely rude, not helpful whatsoever, no resolution or compromising even attempted.

For months I spent my money here. I had the monthly subscription. I always tipped way above 15% on top of the subscription. I called to cancel my subscription because I was moving to San Diego. Yet I was charged in June. I called to politely ask for a refund and they told me they would talk to the manager and let me know. They declined my refund even though I cancelled on the phone. They said I had just paused it. I called back to explain I was moving and could not use the month of facials which is why I cancelled. They said they would refund me and I was beyond appreciative. After I didn’t see the refund after a week I called again. They informed me they just “refunded” the money to my account because there is a skin experts in California. Btw the skin experts “close to me” in California is a 7 hour 52 minute drive. San Diego to Brentwood, California. What a joke! They also offered maybe my mom could use my facial for me. That would be great except she lives in Kansas!! I was attending college in Lincoln so I don’t have any family in the area to use it for me. It was extremely insulting. Mind you this is all after I called to CANCEL months prior? Why in the world would I pause a membership to resume to when I have already moved OUT OF STATE?! I mean the whole thing was extremely exhausting, misleading, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t sign up for the membership unless you want charged extra money you didn’t agree to. Awful, if I could give it 1 star I would for service and handling their loyal customers who went to them for over a year. Besides that the facials are good. But just save your time and go elsewhere, trust me.

I got a free facial since it was the grand opening of this skin care place. The esthetician Hannah was super nice and described everything she was putting on and the purpose and benefit. The lady at the end to answer any questions about the products named Jess was super informative and helpful. The check out lady named Vanessa was so friendly and cheerful. Loved the service. Highly recommend!
