Tldr: Don't fall for the $50 new customer "special" as it is just a gimmick! Dont just look at the Google rating like I did - do your research! I just came back from the new customer $50 signature facial, which they claim is usually $275. I unfortunately did not do any research before booking my appointment and left feeling like something was off about this place. I did some digging on Reddit and behold, my gut was right. At the end of the day, these individual services are listed wickedly overpriced to trick you into getting their monthly subscription. So really their $275 10 minute facial is really not worth $275. It's 10 minutes of some ambiguous laser (when I asked which laser this was the person responded it's industry standard). And because it's only a quick 10 minute facial they don't even end up addressing all parts of your face. Parts of my face were definitely missed. Then you're pressured into gratuity every time based on their inflated prices. Unfortunately this new customer "special" ends up being $80 for a 10 minute facial followed by a pitch to get a facial 2-3 times a month.

She is knowledgeable, gentle, supportive, and takes the time to explain each treatment in a way that builds trust and confidence. Because of her, I felt safe continuing my treatments — and that consistency is exactly what led to my skin transformation. Together, Jazmine and Maddie are the reason I kept coming back. Maddie was absolutely amazing! I did the $50 laser facial and she left my skin glowing and looking more radiant than ever! Also something I really appreciated about skin laundry was that they don’t try to push you to buy unnecessary products just to make a sale like other places do. Maddie made personalized recommendations regarding aftercare based off of my skin goals! Definitely recommend for a quick relaxing facial!

I wish I could give this another star! I love coming to SL for my facial treatments. It’s only been about 3 sessions of the Resurfacing and I’ve seen great results. All the staff are so kind and friendly and only want the best for you too. Every single add on like the neck and chest and fixer are great too!

I had a wonderful experience at SkinLaundry and would highly recommend their services. Maddy performed my Power Resurfacing Facial, and she was not only friendly and welcoming but also extremely knowledgeable about both the treatment and overall skincare needs. She took the time to explain the process thoroughly, answer my questions, and tailor the service to my skin. What I especially appreciated was her ability to recommend products in a thoughtful and genuine way. I ended up purchasing a few because of her expertise, not because I felt pressured.
