Facial was amazing. The esthetician really understood my skin and what was needed. It felt amazing and quite relaxing. My skin feels much smoother now and she explained everything along the way so I feel better equipped to take care of my skin moving forward. Facial was 5 stars. The reason I’m giving 4 is that beyond the facial the place seemed to really push their products, upselling the treatment, and making sure to book the next one in advance. While I understand that is their business model, they put so much pressure on it that it took away from the experience. The products were $$$ and with the facial also being expensive, I felt like they were trying to double what I spent coming in. Would absolutely come back if there wasn’t that pressure.

As an active Google Guide with almost 100 reviews, I rarely gave a 1-star review. However, I did now. We went to this place with my friend and her little 6-year old daughter for her consulting appointment. I left after spending time in the waiting room with them. At that time, my friend was being helped by a totally unprofessional female employee for her appointment. I thought her little 6-year old daughter would feel a bit more comfortable with a book, given the atmosphere. I went to the warmly welcoming Book Shop a few steps away, got a National Geographic for Kids for her to enjoy there. I came back to SkinSpirit to leave her the book and get out. The folks at the desk were nice. They told me my friend had already left. I giggled, I thought I missed her call. I left there to call my friend, she said she was inside, and her daughter was looking forward to enjoying her book. So I went back to drop her book at the door of this place. This particular long, black-haired lady literally jumped towards me somewhat screaming. She said they could not provide info on their clients etc. I was shocked. She was the one dealing with my friend when we all were inside, sitting at their waiting room. She knew I was with them. I was not asking for info. So I told my friend's name to leave my gift book to her. Apparently she was also very disturbing to my friend, especially being in front of her 6-year old girl. She was telling about this unlucky incident with strong hand and body gestures while my friend was just trying to leave. What a sad experience for our little princess.

I had a wonderful experience at SkinSpirit! The space felt calm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. Seda was absolutely amazing! She did my facial and took such great care of me. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive. Seda took the time to really understand my skin concerns and goals, and I appreciated how she explained every step of the treatment. I felt completely relaxed and confident in her expertise. My skin felt hydrated, refreshed, and glowing afterward! I also loved that Seda shared helpful skincare tips and product recommendations tailored to my skin type without being pushy. It’s clear she’s passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her clients’ results. If you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism, care, and real results, this is it. I’ll definitely be back to see Seda again!

Andy has the lightest touch! And what you always want from a provider : honesty. After a Dysport consultation and assessment, we got to work. Andy treated all the areas I requested, plus a few more to help support my goals. The price was beyond reasonable—less than I expected! My two-week touch-up was quick and efficient. The front desk will do what they can to work with your schedule, and they’ll even recommend other providers if it’s for a procedure they don’t offer at SS. When I moved to SF, I was hesitant to let anyone touch my face. In fact, I even flew back home in the spring just to avoid finding someone here. I’m so glad this place was recommended! I can save the airfare for vacations!

I’ve been receiving facials and peels from Gwen over the past few months, and her care and expertise are unmatched. She takes the time to thoroughly explain each treatment and ensures I’m supported with thoughtful aftercare. She's also one of the kindest people ever! I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my skin’s texture and hydration. Just before my wedding, she kindly accommodated a last-minute appointment and even sent me home with some samples. I’m so grateful for her! A huge shout out to the front desk team! They are consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive.
