I called Skradski this morning due to issues with my furnace and they were able to have a technician come out just hours later. Matthew was great, he was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with all of the information I needed regarding both issues that needed to be addressed now as well as findings that could cause potential issues in the future. He went over different options and answered many questions both me and my wife had. Would highly recommend!

From the phone call with Christina to the same day service call handled by Brandon, our experience with Skradski Heating and Cooling has been outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable, personable…can’t ask for more. All elements of the service were discussed before any service was performed and there was no pressure at all. Brandon was awesome…we will ask for him by name again. All in all, a great experience with a company we will certainly call again!!

Austin was very professional and personal in resolving the built up water that was stuck in my duct work. My case was a unique situation but he was patient and willing to listen to me as we walked through finding the source of the problem and a solution.

Service call was lowest of the 6 I called. Matthew was on time and very knowledgeable on furnace air flow needed for heat pump functionality, and testing both units for thorough diagnosing. Our only problem was cottonwood clogging the ac fins which he cleaned very well.

Excellent experience! The whole team was so friendly and accommodating. From the first phone call to schedule a consult, through the final walk through of the system, Skradski team members were above expectation. Brian, the consultant and estimator, was courteous, communicated well, answered all questions, took the time to educate me and was willing to work out multiple options to find one that fit my family’s needs. Once we agreed to a new system, payment options were immediately made available and very easy to secure. The team knew our need and installed the very next day. The installers, Branden and Nick, again communicated ETA and expectations that morning. Upon arrival, I was met with a handshake, a rundown of the plans, and asked about any expectations I had for them. They worked efficiently throughout the day staying over 10 hours to get the job done. We had a large install with some modifications to the existing system and I appreciate their willingness to work such a long day in the heat. The work performed was clean, precise, and done with pride. Branden and Nick walked me around throughout the process showing and explaining what they had done and why. It’s easy to see the Skradski leadership team cares about culture within their organization. The employees were all very nice, they were presentable, they wore protective materials on their shoes and laid down coverings while in my house. The team valued my time and my questions, and above all, they provided my family with confidence in their work. For reference, I met with and received quotes from 4 other local shops before choosing Skradski. The pricing was competitive with the other shops and more tuned to my needs and requests than the others. I have spent the last 15 years managing customer expectation in the automotive industry. The three most important virtues a company can provide are Convenience, Value, and Trust. Skradski nailed all three for my family.
