Very hard communication and they don’t understand even good English. The technician name was Vlad. They even messed up my Dishwasher.

Technician, Alex T, was on time, communicative, informative and polite. He diagnosed my Breville espresso machine issue quickly which ended up being covered by manufacturer warranty. 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible experience with a smarthome appliance front loading washing machine repair. After reporting an onscreen error in September 2025 that required us to release water through the front manual drain with 36 minutes left in the cycle to complete it, the pump was replaced twice and the issue still exists. Rather than schedule a 3rd appointment where they come and inspect, then we have to wait 2 weeks for a part (another pump) I decided it was more convenient to continue to manually release some water from the front release so the cycle completes. I finally said to myself that I should not have to do this after paying $400 initially and reached out to them with more details about the on going issue to see what my options were. I was told they would come inspect for $99 dollars and if its the pump for a 3rd time it would still be covered under a parts warranty. Because the service warranty has already expired. Then a new estimate for the "new" problem would be provided. Well, I declined that. Obviously it's not the pump, which replacing it has not solved the issue twice already. I'm assuming due to the ratings that they may offer good service for other appliances. But their washing machine work is terrible. I would not recommend them for that type of work. Customer service is not very helpful either. I had to forward them an email from September 2025 where I described the ongoing issue. Prior to the email forward, I was initally told that my current problem description and the error code I provided was a different issue from the original issue reported in September 2025. SMH...
