Held my TV for months. I gave them my phone number, but they never bothered calling back. I went back several times to remind them I had my TV there, but I eventually gave up and took it back home after it sat in the front of the store for over three months. I recently went back to have another TV repaired, and same thing. I’ve never dealt with a business so disinterested in doing the work they advertise.

This company has had my tv for 3 months and never answers the phone. If you didn’t have time to check the tv I wish you could have just said that. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional not to follow up with a customer and you have their property. I would like to know the status on my work order. Since you’re never in the store or return phone calls hopefully you’ll see this message and follow up with me asap. I hope to hear from you and have a resolution soon
