Misty, Dr Horton and the other young man do not remember his name. They treated my Duzy with professionalism and care. My dog is an American Akita not easy to handle at all. This vet has gained my loyalty as a customer 2 visits ago. I definitely recommend South Orlando Animal Hospital. Thank you for your care of animals.

Staff very friendly , vet very nice listen to our concerns gave us suggestions. Very attentive very gentle with our kitty cat, who was nervous to be there ! Gave him The comfort that he needed so she was able to examine him and give him his shots. Staff vets and everyone is wonderful in that place. I recommend them 100%.

Dr. Cushing, Dr. Horton, & Dr. Waine have been caring for our dogs for years. They are the best. They are so caring, as is the entire staff.

Shoot, I been comin’ to this place for months now, and they’ve always treated my dogs real good. Service is mighty fine, no complaints there. I love it but Now I’ll tell ya, I’d almost given 4 stars cause of that gal up front, think her name’s Misty… or maybe Bitsy. Every time I walk in, she’s givin’ me that ol’ stink eye like I done somethin’ wrong. Half the time she’s glued to her phone or busy jawin’ about somebody. Just ain’t what I’d call good customer service, bless her heart

Dr. Horton was absolutely amazing. I had previously taken my fur baby, Maple, to another vet, and I never even got to see the doctor perform the exam in front of me. I honestly never questioned it at the time. But when I brought Maple here because she was having issues with her eye, Dr. Horton did everything right in front of me and treated her with so much kindness and care. It honestly made me emotional. You can truly see how much she loves her job and how much she cares about animals. They were also very upfront about their pricing. I called 11 different vets, and none of them were willing to tell me the price over the phone, but this clinic did. They were honest, transparent, and incredibly kind. I would 10/10 recommend this clinic. I even told my brother to bring his dog here too. Thank you for being so kind and for showing how much you genuinely care. 🤍

Dr. Marcia Cushing is highly experienced, knowledgeable, thorough in her examinations, kind and compassionate to a fault. I went in today for growths that appeared almost overnight on my dogs eyelids. And because Dr. Cushing did a complete examination she found a baseball sized mass in/on my dogs spleen within minutes. It was not visible to the untrained eye but she found it by checking the entire body. If my dog is treatable it'll be because of Dr. Cushing. A sonogram tomorrow will determine what happens next. I highly recommend this Veterinary Practice for more reasons than Dr. Cushing. I encountered several of the staff members today and every single person was attentive and friendly and offered to help me (probably because I have a noticeable limp and move slow.) The lobby is very good sized and you can sit comfortably away from everyone else and their animals. This is so important for those with nervous or aggressive dogs. Also, the place is spotless! I love that the exam tables raise up electrically for large dogs to be properly examined. Give this practice a try if you want caring, professional experts to help your animals stay healthy.
