We have been bringing Minnie to SOAH since 2020 and are so grateful for this stellar team! They are always able to squeeze her in when her allergies flare up or other concerns arise. From the front desk, to the technicians and doctors, everyone clearly loves Minnie and helps get her the best care she needs every time!
The most difficult time of a pet owner is the time when you have to say goodbye. Moments like that you need clear, straight answers, compassion and guidance, All of which we got from Dr. Jane Waine, techs and staff @ South Orlando Animal Hospital and we are thankful and grateful to them all, today we are still in shock and still crying for our "Luna" but we are also extremely grateful to have known and loved her, she was the best friend to our entire family and she loved us all equally. She came home sleeping and she was laid to rest next to her mom and aunt. Not many pets can say they were born, lived and said goodbye in there original house but, she did. she loved carrots most of all but all fruits were her best friend. We will miss her dearly. Thank you again to SOAH for being there in our time of need.
The staff at the clinic are basically the kindest and nicest people I've met. Dr. Marcia Cushing is out of this world, you can tell she cares for her patients and I am forever grateful to her for saving my baby's life. My dog was diagnosed with closed pyometra and by some miracle from above she had not ruptured when we reached the clinic. Dr Marcia used her lunch that day to do the emergency surgery with 2 other vet tech assistants (I dont know their names but I am also grateful for their kindness). I was emailed all of my dogs test results and images for my records. During my baby's recovery Dr. Marcia called me personally to reassure me how she was doing. Her care and love touched my heart and I know my baby's heart as well because she does not like people and she actually stayed very calm with Dr. Marcia. I recommend this clinic 100%.
Dr. Hawkins is the most caring veterinarian I have met. She addressed my concerns and took her time to care for my dog, who has major anxiety. Adam was also very caring and helped to comfort my dog. My visit ended with being able to check out in the room so my dog wouldn’t have additional stress and the front desk lady (grey short hair, I didn’t get the name) was so sweet, she even handed my dog delicious treats. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!
