My dog was not good.. at all. The vet did bloodwork, X-rays everything came back good. So far we were at a little over $600. The vet realizes she had not checked for the parvovirus..a $60 test. Came back positive. The vet believed she would not recover. I asked if the solution was to put her down so she wouldn’t suffer.The vet nodded with agreement. Now we’re headed to a little over $1000. As I cried my eyes out my husband was doing all of the needed paperwork for the procedure. My baby was sick that’s for sure, but she also still had some spunk. My husband and I talked and we decided to take her home and fight for her. The tech came in ready to do the procedure and we let her know we had changed our minds. They did nothing for my dog..at all other than take a bunch of tests. maybe give an iv for her dehydration, or idk sumpthing anything. Long story short, (I know too late) .. I paid $700..for tests, no remedy. Why didn’t the vet do the parvo test first??!! A $60 test. We told her my dog had diarrhea and vomiting. She mentioned she treated 7 dogs yesterday for parvovirus. So basically we gave them $700 for no answers. Oh and as soon as we told them that we changed our minds we were promptly charged and shown out the door.

Went here on referral from others due to after hours accessibility. Staff is amazing. My pup was treated very sweetly and gentle. The prices seem on the high end; their customer service and pet care is very good

I found a tiny kitten who has special needs. STVUC was absolutely up to the task of helping this tiny little angel. Dr. Andre was so thorough, very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, the wait time wasn't long, all the assistants were genuine and had so much love to give little Trooper, as I ended up naming him. The prices were definitely within reason, I was very much satisfied!!!

Our sweet lady needed care for her recent diagnosis of diabetes. Dr. Andre provided exceptional care and support for not only Remi but the whole family. I had to bring my dog here July 21,2025 cause my vet couldn’t see him until that very next day. My dog was in pain and suffering so I had to make the most heartbreaking decision of putting my baby down after having him 16 amazing years. The staff was so sweet and just were so compassionate during the whole process of putting my baby to sleep. They were just so thoughtful and so kind. I got him cremated. The place he got cremated at couldn’t pick him up till that following Thursday and I got him back a week later. They took very good care of him in his final moments and even after he was already gone. I recommend coming here for your babies needs❤️I had one last picture of my baby while he was sedated. He is no longer in pain💔R.I.P. my sweet bubba, mommy misses you🥺😭
