I could not be more grateful for this place! I took our pup in and it turned out she had parvo. Dr. Fields was amazing, she told me about treatment, helped me figure out finances, and really showed care and concern for our situation. Just one day after treatment and our girl is doing amazing and will pull through, and it’s all because of STVUC! Thank you to Dr. Fields and all the nurses for taking care of our girl. 100000% recommend!

Dr Andre is one of the best veterinarian I have had. She was really patient with me once I was told my senior dog is very sick. She took her time to explain everything even though I was not being myself having hard time to accept the situation. She respect our decision and took good care of my baby. All the staffs are great too, very caring, kind and compassionate. I would recommend them for great care for your baby.

They were so helpful, very friendly to, the doctor was a wonderful person that explained to us what was going on with with our little baby Evan. Our Evan got used to them real fast , because they were real nice to him.

This is a review I had to weigh on for a long time before creating. Last summer my dog had a bout of diarrhea that lasted several days. This was the only problem so I wasn’t too concerned until one morning he had bloody diarrhea. I was quite alarmed and booked an appointment with my vet; however, their first available appointment wasn’t until late afternoon and I was unsure of whether my dog needed immediate attention or not. Google was being unclear and frankly making me panic even more, so I called this urgent care to ask if I should take him there instead. However, the receptionist cut me off mid explanation to tell me that she “could not tell me that.” Not in an apologetic, ‘I don’t have that kind of knowledge’ way, or a ‘we can’t say anything without seeing the pet’ way, but in a tone that was showed she annoyed with me for even asking. On one hand I understand this, I also work customer service and can get short tempered sometimes. I was audibly panicking and rambling while talking to her and I know that can be frustrating. I also understand her telling me that I would be fine to wait would mean a loss of business for the vet, or a potential lawsuit if my dog in fact did need urgent medical attention. The primary problem, and the reason I decided to finally go through with posting this review, is that she hung up on me mid sentence when I tried asking her if there was anyone else I could call. I was so shocked I just broke down sobbing on the spot. I know it’s dramatic, but her hanging up on me made an already scary situation much worse. I can’t attest to the behavior of the vets or vet techs, but such a rude receptionist does not bode well for the rest of the practice. How can an urgent care have their first point of contact meet panicked owners with such bad attitude and etiquette? In the end, I managed to get an appointment for my dog elsewhere. He was fine, but the receptionist’s behavior certainly caused unwarranted stress.

We were seen very quickly. The doctor was very polite, caring and knowledgeable about our dogs situation. She explained everything thoroughly, and did not try to up sell us on procedures... I only wish this place was 24 hrs...
