We hosted our department holiday party at Sparetime Lanes, and the entire experience was fantastic. The staff was courteous, attentive, and incredibly helpful from the early planning stages all the way through the event itself. They went above and beyond to create a custom package that fit our team perfectly — from activities to food to the overall setup. The food was outstanding, and the team at Sparetime truly made the night enjoyable for everyone. It’s rare to find a venue that’s this flexible, organized, and genuinely committed to making your event a success. Highly recommend considering Sparetime Lanes for your next team gathering or group event. They made ours unforgettable.
Front desk and bowling were great, but the food service had absolutely no customer service. We waited about 40 minutes for just two dishes, and we had to keep reminding/following up the whole time. The lane next to us was served even though they arrived after us. No one even offered us water, and the server kept coming to the lane next to us while we always had to walk over to him. Our first visit was much better, so this was really disappointing.
We had a great time with our grandchildren and "making memories" in the arcade area. The arcade staff are awesome, very friendly and helpful. 5 Stars for the arcade service. We were excited to enjoy a nice meal at the dining area. Dining service definitely needs improvement. It was NOT busy at all; we were the only customers to be seated and we still had to wait. We got seated and had to wait just to put our drink order in, remember WE ARE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE AREA. By the time waitress came, we knew what we wanted to drink and eat. We had to wait over 20 mins for 3 burger meals to be ordered and a chicken wrap. We had to get out of our seat to get other sauces cause the waitress didn't check in. And when we got up to get the sauce at the bar, working staff are sitting down talking. Our waitress was only quick at bringing us our ticket. The food was flavorful and would earn a 5 Star but dining service needs improvement hence the 3 Star rating.
FANTASTIC!!! We held our company Christmas party in their private bowling room. The whole experience was absolutely phenomenal. Bartenders took great care of our team, and the food was excellent! Even had a microphone so we could give out awards without screaming! We will be booking this every year.
Waited 10 min to be seated in the dinning area before seeting our selves, no signs stating "wait to be seeted". Then waited 10 min before I went to the service desk asking what it would take to get menus and service, then 10 min to order. Yes that is correct 30 min between waiting to be seated, with no line for the dining area to having our order taken. When we got our food 20 min after ordering. The fries and tots tasted like fresh, chicken, and churros all at the same time; no one in our party ate more then 3 bites of the fried food. The buffalo chicken wrap was more lettuce the any thing, it was lucky to have 2 small chicken strips. The southwest chicken salad had about 3-4 table spoons of jalapeños, better like it hot. We spent about $70 on food for 4, 2 kids 2 adults, out kids wouldn't finish the chicken strips becuse, "they taste strange." The table next to us ordered pizza and never received plates, the MOD made jokes after asking if they wanted plates, which they replied "yes" to, of pizza is better while it is hot. They ate it 5 minutes after saying "yes" to plates still without plates useing their hands and napkins. Went to the arcade after dinner, they had about 25 different games, about 10 were broken. No signs, so if you didnt tell an employee after loosing money into a non-working game you were out the $$. There are several different establishments within 7-10 min of here that would offer much better customer service and working games. Would not recommend unless you want to waist your time and money.
