It was easy to make an online appointment and Yurii was prompt in arriving within the window that I selected. My dryer wasn't heating and I went back and forth on whether to buy a new one since I don't use the dryer often. I'm glad I went with Spark Appliance Repair because it was a quick fix. Yurii explained that the lint had built up deeper than where I had cleaned and that clog caused the issues. Once he cleared it, my dryer was up and running like new.
Yurii, from Spark Appliance Repair, did a phenomenal job on repairing our oven. He was an excellent technician, honest, proficient and efficient. I will use Yurii for any appliance repairs in the future and I'll refer him to friends and family without hesitation.
I had an excellent experience with SPARK APPLIANCE REPAIR. Technician Yurii was prompt, professional and had my LG Invertor Direct Drive clothes washer inspected and estimated within minutes. My LG clothes washer was leaking too much water after another company (Reliable Appliance Service, Inc.) had replaced my broken drain water pump. Reliable Appliance Service, Inc. was soon called again to come back to investigate a leak that I found after first use of new pump. Without opening washer to investigate Reliable Appliance Service, Inc. said he had to replace drain pump hose. I didn’t trust his repair recommendation nor did like his cost estimate. I then called SPARK APPLIANCE REPAIR and they responded promptly. Yurii was incredibly professional and courteous. He clearly explained what was wrong with the washer and showed me where the leak was. The new water leak was a defective washing machine dispenser drawer assembly. Yurii showed me his web search for the different price ranges for the washing machine dispenser drawer assembly. He selected the best price and the estimate for replacement was very reasonable. Yurii explained to me that because it was late Thursday that my part may arrive late Saturday evening and he would call and come to replace the part. Yurii called and arrived as he stated. Yurii promptly disassembled washer, replaced part and reassembled washer. As a bonus, due Yurii’s reassembly of the washer, a minor leak on the washer door boot seal stopped leaking. Thank you, SPARK APPLIANCE REPAIR. I will definitely be using you again and I would recommend you to my friends and family.
My mother owns a vintage electric "1940 something" GE Liberator range. It was making an odd noise which seemed to come from a timer switch on the front panel. I phoned Spark Appliance Repair and they said they could send someone out to check the range. The service call would be deducted if I chose to have them repair the range. I agreed and they sent Yuri. He disconnected the timer switch since there were no repair parts available. Also he was able to repair wires connecting a small burner so that a new burner was not needed. I would have given a rating of 5 stars but the invoice only showed the total cost of the repairs. The invoice should always show what items were repaired so that in the future if a problem occurs or one just wants to know the repair history of the range, one can look on the old invoice to see what has previously been repaired. Also the invoice did not show the deduction for the service call but I assume it was applied. I forgot to ask if there was any warranty. Perhaps it is stated on the invoice. In any case I was also pleased that service was provided the same day I phoned for repair. I only suggest a more complete invoice in the future for all customers.
Our GE fridge in our Golden Hill apartment started leaking. Yurii showed up right on time, quickly figured out the problem, and let us know he needed to order a replacement part. He came back the very next day and got everything fixed without a hitch. Pricing was straightforward and clearly explained.
