Jorge Ibarra performed the fall maintenance. I was pleased with his courteous and professional manner. Jorge explained the gas valve was not functioning properly.. Explained the functionality. No pressure to replace. I will likely renew annual membership. I also appreciated the personal attention when I called to schedule service call.

I’ve used them at least three times in the past years. Called Saturday expecting to schedule for week following, they came out the next morning. Awesome service friendly polite technician. Repaired my AC for a reasonable price. Highly recommend them. 5 ⭐️

We called Steve, Patrick air & refrigeration Service at 9:22 am on a Wednesday morning spoke with Angel told him our air conditioner was blowing hot air. High temperature of the day was going to be 100°. We were very worried that they would not be able to come out today. Service tech Rodrigo arrived at our house 10:36 am! Wow, is that customer service or what! He replaced the capacitor, the air is now blowing cold air and we’re so happy. Best customer service ever! We will call them back for maintenance every year!

After receiving 7 estimates for a new air conditioner and furnace we decided to go with Steve Patrick. The price was extremely fair compared to everyone else and they educated us, so we understood what we really needed vs just trying to upsell. The other 6 estimates were a joke, trying to price gouge and make us believe we needed certain things that we did not. Steve Patrick also did an incredible job with install. Everything was done in one day and worked perfectly upon startup!!! We could not be more happier!!! To top it off, we received a phone call from Mike the owner a couple days later to see if we were happy and if we had any concerns or questions about anything! It was so appreciated, we love that great old fashion customer service!

Steve Patrick has been in business for as long as I can remember. We just recently did a standard service for our indoor and outdoor unit and used them for the first time. We are very grateful that Jose the service technician was sent to us. Angel the inside scheduler is excellent in communication and their followup is excellent. I wanted to give a poor review so that we would always have excellent service and our own dedicated technician (that is a joke). I honestly can't say enough good things about Steve Patrick, Jose, and Angel. Good pricing too. Thanks guys, Ron.
