An incredible dance studio! The instructors are so cool. They remember your name, encourage you, and push you to grow! I think I spent about $75 for 5 passes. A single class is $17, $130 for 10 class passes, and unlimited is $150. They do classes Monday through Friday and will split the room between beginner and intermediate (sometimes beginner 2 on Monday/Wed/Fri and sometimes beginner one, the very basics). They teach casino style and a variety of others, always bringing in cool teachers and fun new classes and styles. Definitely highly recommend, and I absolutely see my progress growing already after 4 classes.
Super nice crowd. Classes are divided into beginner, advanced beginner and intermediate. It gets easier, but like with anything- to skill up means you have to put in the time.
This place is awesome! The vibe here is amazing, and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. If you want to improve your salsa skills, I highly recommend checking out the beginner class with VJ. It's always a blast! The intermediate and advanced classes are challenging but will help you improve your game. Sophia is a sweetheart, and don't let Ben's tough exterior fool you – he's really nice! All the instructors here genuinely care about your progress and development as a dancer.
Going to Synergy has undoubtedly been the most rewarding decision I made last year. Initially, I was apprehensive about trying their classes, but I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and inclusive atmosphere, catering to individuals of all skill levels. Since joining, I've been hooked and haven’t looked back. Discovering a place that not only challenges me to enhance my dancing skills but also offers a supportive community of individuals who genuinely care and motivate you to achieve your personal goals while enjoying the process is a true blessing. The instructors are amazing! Ben, Sophia, and Jasmine, have played instrumental roles in my Synergy journey. What sets them apart is their willingness to not just instruct but also listen to your needs and guide you at your own pace. I enjoy practicing what I've learned in class during their monthly socials. What I like the most is that people of all ages and dancing abilities come together with a common goal - to have a great time. The best part is, you don't need a dance partner for either the socials or the classes. Confidently, I can say that I'm a significantly improved dancer compared to a year ago. However, what brings me the greatest joy is the improved overall well-being, both physically and mentally, that I attribute to my experience at Synergy.
Over the last 2 1/2 years, I have trained at Synergy with Ben and Sophia, who are extremely passionate about dance. I have learned and improved in salsa partnerwork, spin technique, shines (solo footwork), lifts and tricks, body movement, choreography, improvisation, performing, social dancing, and much more. I have observed people coming to the studio with no, some, or high experience in dance and I have seen a complete transformation in their dancing. This studio caters to a wide range of levels, ages, and dance goals. If you love learning and want to be challenged, this is the studio for you. Synergy also has several teams of varying levels, beginner through pro level. Teams are specialized in Salsa or Bachata with options to perform both in and out of state. Being on team and dancing at Synergy has been a wonderful journey. I have personally grown so much as a dancer from dancing at Synergy. The directors, Ben and Sophia, are amazing teachers but they are also amazing people. They hand pick the most incredible talent to teach at the studio and each instructor has their own unique gifts and talents to share with their students. I highly recommend Synergy and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
