My friend rented this space for a mini presentation. It's clean with plenty of parking. The area is fun and refurbished. I do recommend it .

I celebrated my 40th birthday at Suite 155 and had an absolute blast! Summer was the best to work with and everything turned out exactly as I had hoped. I had 33 guests and had room for seating, a bar, DJ, and dance floor. The venue was very reasonably priced and we will definitely plan future events here!

The owner was very accommodating. She communicated with me since day one and throughout the entire time leading up to the event. She made sure that everything I needed was taken care of. It was a nice room for my book launch. It holds about 50 people. The event place was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend for a small event because the owner is wonderful and very supportive.
