As a Realtor, I'm very particular in who I use and recommend to my clients. This is the second time that I have used Garrett and Conrad at Summit Integrated Pest Management, but it definitely won't be the last. They are quick to respond, do a thorough job, and try their best to work with my scheduling needs even on short notice. I highly recommend them to anyone needing pest services.

Garret and Conrad were both great to work with - we had a small mice problem, and obviously wanted it tackled quickly. That said, there was a huge influx this season in the area we live, so it was proving difficult to find a company that was willing to come quickly and not try to significantly upsell us on more than what was really needed. Garrett got us on the schedule quickly, and Conrad was super honest and transparent about what was needed vs recommended vs good to have. (He also educated me a lot - more than I ever thought I'd need to know about rodents, haha.) We are very satisfied with the service and will absolutely use them again if needed (hopefully not though) in the future. If you're looking for trustworthy AND effective support, would def recommend checking out Summit.

Summit Integrated Pest Management is fantastic! Conrad and Garrett are incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I had a major ant problem, both indoors and out, that my previous pest control company couldn't handle for years. Summit Pest Control came out, did a thorough consultation, and explained everything clearly. They laid out their plan and expectations, and I felt confident they could solve the issue. Now, just two months in, I've seen a huge improvement! They communicate well about when they're coming, which is great for keeping pets and kids safe. They're a smaller, hands-on company that uses high-quality products and doesn't overcharge for inadequate service. The pricing is amazing and totally worth it, even if you're switching from another provider. I'm so relieved and looking forward to a peaceful, ant-free summer!
