They have propane. The guys are nice, helpful, prompt. Prices are reasonable. Their equipment is fine.

It's great to still find companies with a good moral compass. I acted pretty rudely over some pricing misunderstanding. Even after I threw my little fit they unexpectedly offered us a more then generous discount. Not to mention their customer service was tope notch. They had us disconnected and ready to pull out before we could get our doors open. They earned my business. Thank you for being an example. I will try to do better myself. Blessings, Nik

We rented a power washer from the north division store. We had a difficult time getting it started, The motor kept dying. We used it for a short time, and the next morning we returned it. We added back the little gas we used to within a half inch from the lip of the tank. Upon returning it, they said it wasn’t full and charged us $14 for gas. I will never rent anything from them again. That clearly was not ethical and not a good business practice. We also will tell all of our friends that we do not recommend them.

James has always been friendly and helpful, always makes me feel welcome when I come into the store! I’m a contractor here in Spokane so i come in quiet often for certain equipment rentals so it’s nice to have someone who treats you well!
