This was our first time visiting Tax Help Office, and we had a great experience! Tai was the one who helped us, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to go through everything with us. We usually end up owing money every year, but thanks to Tai, we actually got money back this time. Their rates are very competitive and definitely affordable for the quality of service. We’re so glad we came here and will definitely be returning next year. Highly recommend their services!

Tai did a great job helping my tax. I ran into IRS tax issues where IRS is double taxing my stock options. After talking to a few CPA, I found Tai the most knowledgeable. We went down to Tai's office the very day and got it sorted out within 48 hours. Tai did an amazing job analyzing the situation and providing tax help that is most cost efficient for us. I highly recommend Tai to anyone who has tax problems. He is very professional and organized throughout the process!

I found Tai of TAX HELP OFFICE by sheer luck, on a Google search. I’d actually spoken to several people, but their rates were higher than I could afford. I was looking for affordability, expertise, and someone I could actually talk to without handing over a sum of money and having no real sense of what was being done, as well as what was required of me, going into the future. Tai took his time with me, scheduled to meet with me when I was able, and exercised patience at my many questions. His expertise in the tax field quickly became clear, and he also does bookkeeping. He was fair. He wasn’t cheap, but he didn’t gouge me either. When everything was said and done, he got the job done. You can’t ask for much more than that, in a world, currently, where people seem to want to do as little work as possible while shamelessly charging astronomical prices. The hours I spent with him were well worth the price. I understand that he comes from a family that provides professional tax help and now, he has his own office. I STRONGLY recommend him. He’s easy to talk to and extremely professional. I suggest that giving him a try for your tax preparation needs will have you recommending him, just as I am. I’m glad I found him. I think you will be too.

Very positive experience and planning to return in the future. Reached out to Tai of Tax Help Office for assistance with filing my taxes. He was very quick on his responses and I was able to make an appointment with ease. The office location being in Downtown San Jose can be initially worrisome as there is always the concern of parking. Thankfully the building his office is located in does have its own parking lot. (Though during my visit, the street was closed for a special event. Bad luck on my part) My tax situation is relatively simple but became a little more complicated beyond a simple W-2 since I decided to try my hand at a managed stock portfolio. Tai was able to easily navigate and handle my documents and filing while explanation to me what was going on. He was very thorough to ensure the document and filing is correct by double and triple checking the numbers and having me verify as well. Just the sort of thing you want when it comes to filing your taxes of course. Also asked him about other related tax-implications such as what would happen if I adjusted my retirement contributions/etc and he was able to give his insights and whatnot as well. Hope to have him help me in the coming years. It's so much easier having someone do your paperwork for you even if it costs a little more than filing it yourself. This way you can be sure it is done correctly...especially if your situation becomes a little more complicated.
