I love my technician he’s amazing he’s smart. He’s kind he’s hard-working. He’s reliable. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Competitors have tried to step in and cancel my service with Terminix and they can’t come close to what Terminix does they do what they say they’re gonna do they charge what they say they’re gonna charge there’s no hidden fees and they run to my rescue every time I call you can’t get a better deal for what they do for you and you can’t get a better technician. I highly recommend this company

⭐ 1 star (would give 0 if I could) I signed a contract with Terminix on 12/4/25 for a $1,500 rodent exclusion at my home in Elk Grove. The contract clearly states I have three business days to cancel “without penalty” and that any payments made will be refunded within 10 business days after they receive my written cancellation notice. It also states that allowing them to begin work immediately does not waive my cancellation rights. The exclusion work was done while I was not home. A guest was there, not a resident or homeowner. Despite that, the technician marked the work order as “resident home, no signature necessary.” I never signed the work order and did not personally approve the work when it was done. I completed the official Notice of Cancellation and hand-delivered it to the Sacramento branch on Croydon Way within the three-business-day window, directly to a manager (Jonathan). Instead of honoring their own written contract, I was told I “can’t cancel” because the work had already been done and that the $1,500 would not be refunded. As of today, Terminix has still not refunded my $1,500 even though I canceled on time under the contract and followed their process exactly. I am now disputing the charge with my bank because Terminix refuses to follow the terms they themselves put in writing. In my opinion, this company does not stand behind its contracts, does work without the homeowner present, and then refuses to honor a valid cancellation. I strongly recommend avoiding this branch and thinking very carefully before signing anything with Terminix.

We are so pleased with the professionalism of Greg Monteiro who has been our Terminix tech for several years now. He always communicates before and after service, and he only schedules our service dates on the same day of the week that’s convenient for our schedule. The service controls black widows and cockroaches which have been a problem in the past, while also not harming our dog or cats.

Our recommendation is based on the exceptional service by technician Xue Vang, who is excellent. He is always thorough, professional, and courteous; moreover, he tailors the service to what we need and is happy to accommodate any re-scheduling. He is truly an asset to the Terminix company.

Terminix was VERY responsive and answered all my questions up front about the work they would perform and the exact cost. Great people to communicate with. We had rodent droppings in our attic so we had that vacuumed out with all the insulation as well. Then they sanitized the attic by the HVAC and put new insulation in. All in about 4 hours and left our house spotless. We couldn’t be happier. Great price too!
