I can count on Terminix and my Technician to keep my home safe. I am very appreciative of Marquan Noah. He lets me know when he is set to arrive to my home (a 1 -2 days notice), starting out for my house and when he completes my inspection/service, he sends an email immediately. If I have questions, he is the one to ask. He is very dependable and a true professional, which is a rarity today. Marquan is definitely an asset to your company!

Phillip Clark was great! Very knowledgeable and clear on what was being done and why. Would highly recommend him! He MUST be my technician forever! Great advice on what homeowners should do before issues arise! He is wonderful to talk to and always very personable and HONEST! Honesty is key! I trust him!

Davontae Anderson has been servicing my house for a few years. His communication with me has always been amazing. He’s polite, respectful, professional, and has great work ethic. He address any concerns or questions I have. He gives me a heads up letting me know when he’s coming to my house, remembers we have dogs and reminds my when he’s a few minutes away (in case the dogs need to come inside, he always makes sure our gate is closed properly. He’s never disappointed us. He’s at our house every three months like clockwork. I can’t stress to you how polite he is. If I need to reschedule, he makes it so easy and hassle free. I’d hate to lose him but would understand if he were promoted. Companies need more employees like Davontae. 👏🏻🙌🏻

Kyle is the best Terminix technician that we have ever had. He is very knowledgeable about the products being used and gives useful tips about them. During each visit he ensures any concerns or problems that we have are resolved. His friendly demeanor makes him welcome our home.
