JB and the staff are amazing. They got my car scheduled in a timely manner, addressed all concerns and communicated through the whole process. I have been taking my vehicles there for years to have inspections done and the company is absolutely stellar with the staff to match. Highly recommend!

JB and the staff were very attentive to the issue I was needing answers to. They were able to get my car in promptly and they communicated very well through the entire process. I have been taking my vehicles to auto trends for years to have inspections done and they are a stellar company with a staff to match. Highly recommend!

I was told by the employee that they needed to do some testing, it would cost $190 but the $190 would then go towards the needed repairs. I agreed, and left, he did not ask me to pay before leaving, and you typically don’t pay until the service is complete. After the testing, he calls me and gives me the estimate which included the testing plus the needed repairs. I asked him if the $190 went towards the repairs, he said that would only apply if I had paid before I left. I told him that he did not tell me that before I left, his response was, well I still need to pay the tech but I’ll see what I can do. Eventually, he was able to get $50 taken off the price. If he would’ve told me I need to prepay, I would’ve had no issues and would’ve paid right then. It felt very unprofessional, like I had to pay for his mistake, or like he purposely left out the fact that I needed to prepay. I still give them 3 stars because I’ve been going here for about 5 years and I’ve never had an experience like this. However, this does make me slightly question their trustworthiness.

I went to AutoTrends yesterday to have two new batteries installed in my car. I could not be more impressed. Their customer service was absolutely wonderful. They took care of everything with excellence — not just the batteries, but safety checks, tires, windshield wiper fluid, and a full look-over of my car. They were kind, thorough, and professional from start to finish. And today, I even received a follow-up text to be sure everything was still running smoothly and to ask if I had any questions. You don’t see that kind of attention very often anymore. AutoTrends has earned my complete trust. I highly recommend them!

AutoTrends is great. People are friendly and genuinely seem to. care. I think they go over and beyond to satisfy their customers. There was a question about a light on my dash and the technician called the dealership to verify. I thought that was exceptional. They also made sure I knew that while my battery wasn't failing yet it probably would this winter so now I can plan for that major purchase..
