Had my wedding reception at the Baron in October and have zero regrets. When my wife and I were considering venues, the aesthetic of The Baron's interior immediately stood out to us, along with the layout of the space itself. Another big selling point for us was that they have an in-house catering service, which helped keep our budget down but also didn't feel like a compromise, because the food was delicious. Other great features include a lovely bridal suite and a sizable parking lot, which guests could leave their cars at overnight if they weren't able to drive home. Service during the event was excellent, and the sound system was very straightforward. From beginning to end, the staff were extremely accommodating, answering all the questions we had when we first took a look at the venue, helping to figure out the logistics of the decor, and ensuring there were zero last-minute hurdles. I'd recommend The Baron in a heartbeat to anyone considering it.
My husband and I got married in the middle of October and held our reception in The Baron right after! We had nothing but the most positive experience with their team. Upon first contact, you're invited to come and view the venue, and sent a document with everything that they can provide for you, in a very clear and simple manner. After picking our date, we were given even more information that included the menu, the snacks, the drinks, the charges for changing the venue from a ceremony to reception, the times we had the venue for, the breakdown of all the prices with GST and gratuity already included! We did not need to worry about extra insurances or fees in order to get this party started. The Baron comes with their own in-house catering team, and the menu has a great variety that suits everyone's needs. It was overwhelming, to have so many choices, but someone was always available to answer my questions, and there was never a discrepancy in information. My wedding deviated from the norm in that we had a massive set up of over a thousand dried flowers to hang from the ceiling, something they had never had done before, but they made it easy for me to work with my decorators to ensure everything was done the morning of. When you sign your contract with them, you get the staff, the food, the bar, a suite to get ready in, there is no cake cutting fee, everything you would need in one place, for a very fair price! Good looking spot for small gatherings. Had wedding reception here of 50+ guests in Oct 2025. In building catering and food was good and better then expected. Had in house bar with a number of drink options. Compared to other locations this was a very attractive spot for us. Other reviews I could agree with, Table attendants probably could slow down a bit. Had a drink from bar half full at my table and walked away then it was gone. Definitely a mistake since I was gone but I did notice it. To contact management they prefer email.
We had our wedding at the Baron in October 2025 and it was fantastic. All of the staff were quick to respond, easy to work with, and incredibly helpful to make our day a success. Our event was ~60 people and it fit the room great. Everyone raved about the played dinner service which was phenomenal! If you are having an event or getting married I highly recommend checking out the Baron They really helped make our day effortless!
I recently had a wedding event at The Baron and had an absolute amazing experience. From inquiring about the event to executing it, it was perfect. Thr staff was super accommodating especially with last minute changes. The food was incredible! They helped with setup and take down and did everything to ensure we had a great experience. The price point is ideal for small to large groups. Plenty of hotels close by with an added discount. My out of town guests were close to the airport and major highways Ill 100% use this venue again and will hire them for catering events also! Thanks again to the team at Baron!!
