OMG this was such a beautiful venue. I had the absolute pleasure of attending a fantasy ball here in February and everything was perfect. The upstairs and downstairs spaces allowed for individual and group experiences, and the outdoor spaces were just as wonderful.
Such a GREAT place to have our wedding reception! It felt like we had traveled to another country. We had room for 250 seated guests, bar, photo booth, dancefloor, lounging, first dance and speeches and nothing overlapped! the Balcony allowed our guests to interact with all the big moments and the dance floor was tucked away enough to allow our family to visit. the staff was very responsive during planning stages and day of! We loved our time here!
AMAZING space! We used the venue for a corporate event and it was amazing! Dinner, dancing, and a casino...everything was perfect! Working with Pam and Claire ensured every detail was seamless. They were right there onsite the evening of the event to take care of whatever request we had...temperature control, turn lights down, turn lights up, even a bandaid for an unfortunate oops at the bar...whatever I needed! Highly recommend The Bedford Nashville for your next gathering...large or small!
Last night I had the pleasure of being the MC leading an event for the Chick-fil-A team from the Nolensville Pike location. It was a professional dinner with fun and dancing, and the first ever event at The Bedford. Usually at a brand new venue there are a few hiccups caused simply because the staff and facility is so new that no one knows the quirks of the building, but the staff from The Bedford were so well prepared there weren’t any pain points or hiccups. The leadership staff was accommodating, friendly and professional. The serving staff were friendly, fast, helpful and on their toes. The buffet was well stocked with fast refills and everything looked beautiful. Great venue with great people! I would have an event there again in a heartbeat.
