He diagnose the problem quickly and fix my heating system without trying to upsell or overcharge me. I really appreciated his honesty and efficiency. The Cooling Company came out to do a check on the unit they installed. Everyone is absolutely kind, empathetic, and genuinely treats you like they are your family that's looking after you. Oscar came out and explained every step of what he checked and took pictures while explaining in detail what he was doing and looking for. I was waiting for the typical, "this needs to be repaired pitch" but he said that everything was in great working order. This company definitely knows what customer service and building customer confidence and relations are!!!!

I’ve been using the Cooling Company for nearly a decade. They installed a new unit back in 2016, great price, exceptional quality and customer service. Just had Juan do the annual heating tune up. He did a very thorough job. Noted some maintenance items to keep an eye on (backup with photos) but didn’t try to pressure me or scare me into unneeded maintenance. This is exceptionally customer service the Cooling Company delivers and keep me coming back year after year.

Justin came out on time and immediately went to work. He was cordial and professional and took his time to explain everything I needed to know about what he did and what I can do to maintain our unit. I called The Cooling Company after having a tech from a different company tried to scare us into replacing our entire system. Justin reassured us that everything looked great and that as long as we do routine maintenance and swap out our filters in a timely manner would system should be good for a number of years. I appreciate honest work by honest workers and The Cooling Company fits that bill. I signed up for their yearly maintenance service and will continue to do business with them moving forward.
