Dr.Marjan was really understanding and proactive about helping me with an emergency situation. She did a great job with no pain. I was very impressed. Her colleague Edith assisted and was extremely kind and calming. Can’t say enough great things about them. Very pleased.

DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I'm not sure how they got positive reviews, but the risks here are too high to ignore. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've never had a bad dentist experience until here and I'm appalled at how poorly this place provides service. Do not make an appointment here unless you want to be (a) trapped for 3x your appointment time, (b) overcharged hundreds of dollars despite "assurances" that they double checked insurance coverage, (c) pain and poor results after treatment and (d) then have another dentist tell you only two months later that the work was horribly done and needs to be fixed (and cost more money). I came in for a simple cleaning and the dentist decided that I should immediately treat some "pre-cavities" which they assured me "wouldn't take more than an hour or so". I asked them the cost and they "ran an insurance check" (or so they said) and told me it was covered. I told her I wanted to take time on my own to check and she coerced me into staying, saying this was the best thing to do and there was no concern about coverage since it was such a normal procedure that is guaranteed covered by my in network provider Well the procedure took an additional 2.5 HOURS, making me miss an important client work meeting entirely. They took a quick break so I could send an email to that individual 5 mins before the scheduled meeting and then proceeded to take up the rest of the time. They also didn't mention how much anesthesia they were giving me so I left the dentist with an extremely puffy mouth and constantly drool for the next 2 hours when I returned to the office so I had to cancel all of my client meetings, which adds up to a significant cost in my business. Absolutely horrible. The next few days, my teeth were very painful. It was clear that one side of my mouth had been asymmetrically grinded away so it hurt to close my mouth on that side because my teeth were so misaligned. And, even after all of that, I now have received a $350 bill for the amount not covered by insurance, despite their assurance it was covered. I tried calling the office several times and they are impossible to respond so I'm leaving this message so they can understand how absolutely horrible they treat their patients. Also, you can't pay online so it's extremely difficult to even fulfill the bill, given that I can't call them during business hours as I work. To top it all off, the next dentist I visited (only two months later) said that those EXACT teeth now need fillings because whatever work that was done before doesn't seem to have done anything. If I had known the experience and cost, I would have said no and gotten a second opinion. This is outrageous, disgusting, and I hope people decide to look elsewhere for dental care.

I highly recommend The Dental Touch, a place with a gentle touch. Dr. Marjan is very sweet and has been taking good care of my teeth. In my ongoing battle between my love of chocolate and want to have strong teeth, she is my ally! My family has been coming to this office for more than 15 years. Dr. Pratt and the entire staff are great to us. All the assistants and techs are sweet also. this particular visit, Edith the RDA gave me some well heard advice.
