From the moment my husband and I first visited, we knew this was the place for our wedding. The venue is stunning — it perfectly blends an indoor-outdoor feel, offering the best of both worlds. Whether you’re hosting a large celebration or something more intimate, the space is incredibly versatile and can be tailored to fit your vision. There are separate areas for the bride and groom to get ready, and plenty of room for guests to mingle, dance, and truly enjoy themselves. One of the things that sets The Elm Estate apart is their amazing in-house team. They guide you through every step of the planning process, making sure they understand your vision and bring it to life while taking the stress off your shoulders. The team is professional, organized, and genuinely kind — a true joy to work with. They assign dedicated point people for different aspects of your wedding: one to help with design, layout, and seating, and another to walk you through your bar selections, ensuring everything fits your needs and budget. Every detail is thoughtfully planned, reviewed, and executed flawlessly. The majority of our guests traveled from out of town and found the venue easily. Everyone raved about how beautiful it was and how smoothly the day ran — everything went perfectly according to plan. We also loved that The Elm Estate offers tiny homes on-site for guests to stay in, which added such a fun and convenient touch. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would choose The Elm Estate again in a heartbeat! It’s a truly special place, and we can’t wait to attend future events there.

There is no better place to get married. PERIOD. The staff is professional and top notch. The venue is the most gorgeous place I’ve ever seen. My wedding party and guests all felt like stars at an exclusive event. Brie the wedding planner did a phenomenal job from start to finish, making our special day happen. Lance the officiant answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable before and after the ceremony. Very nice and helpful. Everyone thought he was a celebrity lol. He is truly an amazing person. The reception was set up beautifully and the program ran flawlessly throughout the night. All due in part by the wonderful vendors they recommended. My family has not stopped talking about the wedding and reception. We all agree that it was the best wedding we’ve all attended. Would recommend to anyone locally or looking for a beautiful destination wedding like us. Highly recommended.

We were originally not planning on booking this venue, but when they replied to our inquiry so fast, we decided to tour for fun. It was a beautiful and breathtaking venue that we didn't even know existed. We couldn't find anything as beautiful after, so we instantly booked the Elm Estate. The venue really gives you an "All-Inclusive" feel. They provide tables, linens, and some decor depending on what package you choose. The head coordinator Brie was timely and professional. She set My husband and I for success from the first meeting to our last. She set expectations and help put us at ease with our planning. She was able to formally introduce us and help us decide on some of our vendors like our florist and officiant and made great suggestions for the vision we wanted. She helped with our seating chart, signage, and our timeline. The Bar manager Tania was also a great asset to the team. She was very detailed about each bar package. The team utilized a bar questionnaire to really help them understand what we were looking for for our guests and suggested what package would fit us best. The bridal house and Grooms room were stocked with plenty of drinks and mixes for when we were all getting ready. Our day-of coordinator Olivia was one of the sweetest members of the team. She was so helpful from our rehearsal day through-out the whole wedding day. She was detailed about any small changes made from the morning to the end of the day. She helped with our wedding processional, ceremony seat arrangement, helped me with my 2nd dress, and made sure my husband and I had food and drinks all night. She even got us out in time to take the perfect sunset pictures by the river with our phitography team. It made our special day PERFECT. Overall, the team at the Elm Estate are all passionate about making our dream wedding come to life and we highly recommend this venue for any event.

We had an amazing wedding at The Elm Estate back in May! Throughout the planning process, we had a couple of meetings to get all of the details together, and they did a great job making sure even the tiny details were thought out so that everything went smoothly on the day of. The event coordinator, Brie, was always very responsive leading up to the big day and although our day was perfect, they are very prepared for anything that could have possibly come up, which eased a lot of the stress that comes with wedding planning. They include a lot in their packages, like chairs, tables, glasses, and more, and also have a lot of cute decor that we used, like votives, card boxes, and giant "Mr. & Mrs." letters that we loved (some decor is included and some is an additional cost)! It was nice to be able to choose our own vendors, aside from the catering & bar, but the 3 options they have for catering are amazing, and I cannot stress enough how amazing the Elm Estate bar is. The bar manager, Tania, is a genius and created the most amazing signature cocktails for us from scratch - we are still hearing from our guests how much they loved them. I could go on and on about our positive experience here, not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous, but the staff are very professional, organized, and always very friendly. Even though I won't be having another wedding, I will find any and every reason to attend or host another event at the Elm Estate. I'm a wedding photographer and I shoot weddings here in the Reno/Tahoe area. I'm always very excited when I get an inquiry for a wedding at the Elm Estate. I know the absolutely meticulously finished house and reception area will photograph beautifully. The staff is super friendly and helpful not only to my brides and grooms, but to the vendor teams as well. I really enjoy my time spent on this property, and I am always happy to return!
