I’ve been a regular patient of The Joint for quite some time, mainly seeing **Dr. Ryan** in Aurora and occasionally **Dr. Phil** at the Southlands location. Both have always been professional, respectful, and genuinely attentive. Since **Dr. Ryan** is currently on maternity leave, I decided to visit the Aurora location on **10600 E. Garden Drive, Unit 103**, which is closer to home. I’ve been there a few times before and generally had good experiences. However, during my recent visit (10/14/2025) with **Dr. Mark** (one of the owners), I was Very disappointed by his attitude. When I explained that I needed a full-body adjustment — which I always do — he made a sarcastic remark: “What else, your hair?” Later, when I asked if other patients request full adjustments, he said, “No, because if they did, we’d be here all day.” My full-body adjustment couldn’t have taken more than **15 minutes**, and there were **no other patients waiting**. Yet, I pay a **monthly membership fee whether I come in or not**, in addition to **paying each time I visit**. If being a paying member and requesting proper care is viewed as an inconvenience, maybe I — along with Others — shouldn’t return and “inconvenience his day.” The technique itself was fine, but the attitude and lack of professionalism were Very disappointing. Patients come for healing, not sarcasm. Respect, empathy, and communication are just as important as the adjustment itself — especially from someone in ownership. We are not just a number, we are real people/ patience. So when you see us we are not just a quota/$$$ signs. We are the people/patience, that pay your check collectively. So always remember humble yourself. Without us you have no paycheck. Continue to be Blessed.

Have been going weekly since June you guys have helped me with my injury's I feel way better. Highly recommend coming in and getting adjusted!! The staff is so friendly 🙂

When i walked into The Points Chiropractic, I was on a lot of pain in my left lower back. I met with a Dr. Mark Dempsey and he examined me and worked on me and I walked out feeling much better. He informed me what I needed to do before my next visit. I am very pleased with the service he provided. I'll be back soon.

I recently joined - started coming here to treat my menstrual migraines and ease my cramps from my menses cycles. I combine This with community acupuncture and it brings me so much relief since I’m not a fan of western medicine. It’s a holistic approach that I highly recommend. I believe I usually see Mike. Thank you to all the staff at the joint.

I've been going weekly for several months to help maintain a healthy alignment and am very pleased with all the staff. Adjustments are effective, and the front desk is always a gem. I'm pleased to walk in and be seen almost immediately. Super helpful and worth the visit! Great communications and presence make for a welcoming session even if you're new to chiropractic work!
