Typically, I am not one who leaves reviews. Actions and service speak louder than written words. On occasion, I will leave a review. This is one of those times. This office has a Great staff, great environment. Awesome results thus far. I have had neck pain for years that I just got used to. Honestly, I was scared to go to a chiropractor. My experience started with Jane who is the office manager. She is a very caring and kind person who listened to my concerns and hesitations followed by addressing each fear to give me peace of mind moving forward. Dr Jennings, Dr York, Dr Lee, and Dr Tim have all been life savers. All do a good job listening to the patient and coming up with a plan to have us at our best. They have a great deal for a monthly membership for maintenance adjustments on your body as well. I highly recommend signing up for the monthly membership even if it’s for a few months. It locks in the price. I would also ask Jane about the first month add on bundle too because it helped seeing the doctor twice a week to jumpstart the plan. This place is ran efficiently too. I think the longest I ever had to wait was 10 minutes to see a doctor. Each time you visit, you’ll be greeted the same level of customer service and care as your first visit! This is something you do not always see in today’s world.

This is one of the best locations in the country. The chiropractors here take their time with you and really work to fix your issues. I always feel so much better after a visit. Ten stars and a very highly recommend.

The team at "The Joint" were very helpful through all portions of my experience. Being a first time chiropractic patient I found the insights of the professionals to be extremely informative regarding my personal and medical necessities. Looking forward to my next visit, Thank you

Dr. York is truly the best chiropractor I’ve been to in a while. He was very thorough and answered all questions I had. The check in process was simple; I was seen within 10 minutes of being there. Walked out feeling lighter and more relaxed.

I go to the joint chiropractor in Elmwood and see Dr. Lee she is by far the best person and I’ve seen any of the joint chiropractor locations. I’ve been to she is very friendly very personable and very thorough. You can tell. She definitely loves what she’s doing and customer service is a top priority of hers. I love that I am able to go to her with any concern and she is willing to help in anyway possible never making it seem like too much for her!
