The Kitty Chateau is responsive and timely, and they make it easy with pick up , drop off, and payment. I had both of my cats stay at the Kitty Chateau while I was away for 10 days, and could not be happier with the experience. They gave us a tour of the facility before we booked, were super friendly at every step of the way, and were very helpful and communicative while we travelled, regularly giving us email updates and photos. On top of the top notch staff, each of their suites has great amenities for cats. Heated granite counter tops, flowing water, scratch posts, activity wall, TV's, and little cat yurts. They even have webcams set up so you can keep tabs on your cats at any point in time, which was a great touch. I couldn't be happier with our experience, and will definitely book with them again the next time I travel.

Chandra and Troy are amazing! I found this place because I had a trip planned but then adopted a cat. I was SUPER nervous about the whole thing and Chandra was so calming and supportive. You choose the suite, drop off your cat and that's it! They provide you with access to the camera so you can check in anytime and you can add dedicated play or cuddle time, special treats, special diets. I've been back at least 3 times already and have booked time in June and will book again for December. This is the ONLY place I'll leave my girl.
