I get my lashes done here with Jewel and I am obsessed. I get so many compliments on them on my day to day, I have zero issues with them falling off, and overall I'm just so happy with the service. Couldn't recommend enough!

Mallory is the BEST, I’ve been going to her for about 8 months now and she always does a phenomenal job, she’s the best lash artist I’ve ever gone to. I’ve tried a few others at this location but I like that she removes all of the grown out lashes and uses the fan periodically to make sure the glue isn’t irritating my eyes. 10/10 would recommend

I’ve been getting my lashes done since 2016, Bridget is the best lash stylist I’ve had. Extremely gently, consistent results each time. Love that Lash Lounge has extended hours and is open on Sunday!

Update: just now seeing their response to this. I honestly wish it was true, but I have all the screenshots and receipts of proof of them overcharging me AND admitting it. I’ll attach screenshots soon. I came here for my first set of lash extensions in May. I was originally happy with my set. However, after the initial set, my refills weren't lasting longer than 5-9 days before I could notice huge gaps. I bought all of their products, a fan, and cleaned and protected my lashes religiously. I went to 3 different locations in the first few months trying to find a good fit. I decided to find a tech at the Kyle location and just stick with one tech to hopefully fix the issue. Before going to Kyle, I had only seen master techs. The Kyle tech showed me about 7-8 fans where a single extension was placed on 6-8 of my lashes (it should be only one lash per extension). This significantly damaged my lashes and my sets would never come out the way I wanted due to the damage to my natural lashes. My birthday and anniversary were approaching and with the money I was spending, I felt it was not fair to not be receiving the level of service they promise, especially having paid a premium for master techs. I reached out to management who at first was prompt to communicate with me and offered to have the Kyle tech send pictures of my lashes and help create a game plan with my lash health being top priority. They said the tech would send pictures and call her (Nicole, the training manager), and put her on speaker so we could all discuss what would be done. We set an appointment and I was looking forward to hearing their solutions. However, the Kyle location cancelled my appointment simply stating they "didn't have time". I remained patient and rescheduled. I sent a text to management informing them that the Kyle location cancelled my appointment and when my next appointment was and asked if they would be available to speak with the tech and me, but management never responded. At my appointment, the tech took pictures and sent them to management. She informed me my lashes were not in great shape but she would do her best. Nicole from management never called to discuss a game plan or my lash health. In fact, I didn't hear from management at all. I had also realized they had been overcharging me for my membership fee, which their receptionist had told me she changed back in June as I switched from Hybrid to Classic, but they never changed my membership. After a few more refills and my lashes only lasting a little over a few days before wide gaps (look at photos), I decided to reach out to management again. They agreed that they fell short of expectations with their lack of communication and blamed the tech for not sending pictures (I saw the tech send pictures at our appointment). They offered a lash assessment to come up with a plan moving forward, to refund me for the difference of cost in membership since I had gone to Classic refills in June (which should have never been charged in the first place), and a free refill. I honestly found this solution insulting. Surely if they understood the awful state of my lashes they would offer a refund of the appointment and gratuity for the tech who literally damaged my lashes? I told them that though I appreciated them owning up to their mistakes, I was not interested in continuing my membership due to the amount of effort it was taking to get a major issue resolved that management dropped the ball on twice. I gave them another chance to offer something fair in regard to refunds, yet they just tried to gaslight me LOL and only refunded me for 2 refills of $74.50 each and did not even refund the difference in price for my membership from overcharging me. I emailed asking if I would be refunded for the membership fee for when my lashes were damaged and the amount they overcharged my membership, haven't heard anything back. What an awful way to treat people. Thank God for AMEX. I'll just dispute the charges.
