I few visits were pleasant with the bather. But the front desk and management are awful. If you have any doodle mix, steer full clear. Staff assumes any knot is a mat. They tried to take my unbrushed doodle and take a comb thru it, and deemed significant matted. She’s a doodle they cord and are very curly. I brought my dog to a actual grooming salon and they had no problem. Steer clear unless you have a non doodle, a non curly hair dog, and ability to deal with their attitudes for doing the service they get paid to do.

I came in for a grooming visit and they failed to notify me that they needed updated vaccine records which is I completely understand you need them to take a dog but when I asked why wasn’t I notified the girl simply said you should have been I’m not sure why you weren’t. I didn’t have a copy of her records available because there’s no digital portal for my vet. She let me know I wouldn’t lose my deposit but I could move it to a new day. I asked for a refund because I needed my dog bathed today so I would just do it myself at home. She said that wasn’t possible and when I asked to speak to the manager she said she’s not here but she’ll tell you the same thing. When I said that’s fine I’ll just call my credit card company, she looked down, smirked/giggled under her breath while texting on her phone and told me to have a good day. When I said you don’t need to smirk at me when I’m clearly standing right here and she just looked at me and as I walked out I asked her name Fernanda/o I believe she said but she had long curly hair young girl. As I left I heard her say it’s not my fault you don’t have the records. They’ve always done a good job grooming my dog but honestly after how rudely I was treated I will not be back. After reading other reviews it seems like I’m not alone in this experience. I plan on calling the manager on Monday as well.

Amanda was very attentive, sweet to my senior blind dog. She got the exact face style grooming I wanted and never quite achieved by other Groomers. Very satisfied.

I had such a great experience at this pet grooming salon! The workers are incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable leaving my pet in their care. What stood out the most was the excellent communication between the groomer and me, they took the time to ask questions, listen to my requests, and keep me updated throughout the process. My pet came out looking amazing, and I really appreciated how attentive and professional the staff were. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!

I had such a great experience at the muddy mutt! the employees were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. my dog was nervous and really didnt want to come inside, but the staff immediately stepped in and gently carried him straight to the tub, and made him feel comfortable. They spoiled him with treats and gave him lots of love, which really put him at ease. I truly appreciate how patient and caring they were- it made the whole process so much easier for both me and my pup. highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a grooming salon/ self wash that genuinely cares for your pets!
