I had a great experience at Nails Wall Centre and would like to highly recommend both nail technicians. Atiyeh did my manicure with shellac, and the result was beautiful. She was very professional, detail-oriented, and careful. The manicure was done perfectly, and the shellac application was smooth and long-lasting. Elien did my pedicure with shellac, and it was an excellent experience. She was skilled, gentle, and very attentive. The pedicure was relaxing, and the final result looked amazing. Both services were done with great care, cleanliness, and attention to detail. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend The Nails Wall Centre as well as both technicians, to anyone looking for high-quality nail services.

I just moved to Vancouver and I’ve been here twice now. The first time was pretty good. The second time, I was very disappointed and I feel terrible because this nail tech put so much time and effort into my set. I want to love them! These nails in the attached pictures are less than 24 hours old. This set costed approximately $92 plus a $20 tip. Two of my nails are already lifting. All of them on my left hand are pointing up to the sky - and for context I’ve been getting my nails done professionally for years - this has never happened before, so it’s not “just the shape of my nail”. The edges around my nail bed are messy (see pictures) and although the set is less than 24 hours old, it already looks like about five days of nail growth. I just feel so disappointed. This set was incredibly expensive and I don’t even think they’ll last until Christmas which is six days away. I fly home in three hours so I don’t have time to go back to the salon and ask for them to be fixed. I don’t know if they would have said yes or not. UPDATE - my nail literally broke off. It’s been 48 hours and I’ve already lost a nail. Hoping they reach out to fix this .

I am so glad I came! My mom and I are in town for a conference and this lovely salon welcomed us as walk ins to get our nails done!! Both of our nails are so beautiful, Kaylee Jolie and Eugene did such a wonderful job! Very mindful efficient and so sweet! I even quickly got my brows and upper lip waxed, and kept my original shape, which is always a must! Anyway the workers here are all so sweet, I would definitely pop in regularly if I could, and they welcome walk ins!

I had such a lovely experience at this salon All the time, but what truly made it special was finding ATIYE again. She used to be one of my employees at my own salon years ago, and after I sold it we lost touch and I’m genuinely grateful our paths crossed here. She is incredibly professional, wonderfully quick, and at the same time so delicate and precise, especially with my overly sensitive skin. I feel completely comfortable and pampered in her hands, and I’m so happy to recommend to anyone looking for beautiful, refined nails.

Updated review 2 days later: After posting my original review, the owner reached out right away and kindly invited me back to have my nails redone by a different person, Min. I went in today, and I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful Min was! Both her skill and her kindness completely turned my experience around. My nails look amazing (photo attached of new nails!), and I’m so grateful to the owner and to Min for taking such good care of me. I think I may have just caught the first nail tech on an off day, but I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Min from now on. Thank you again for making it right! Original review: It had been a while since I got my nails done here so I decided to try it again. I booked a hard gel fill with ombre. I didn’t realize that there wasn’t any cuticle touch up included in the service which is my mistake, but it meant the nails aren’t right at the edge of the cuticle and they already look outgrown after just one week (see embarrassing photos). Also as she was applying the ombré design, that’s when she confirmed with me that the $20 additional fee was okay - I didn’t have much of a choice at that point. In the one week since I’ve had it done, the gel has chipped which rarely happens to me. I said I had wanted the gel super thin but it’s really not. They were also running late when I got there (so I started 15 min late) but had to end my appointment promptly because of the next person waiting for her appointment. So they rushed through the end. All in all, very disappointed. I will have to get my nails redone asap instead of waiting the 3 weeks as I usually do. The owner is so nice and this place is convenient, I really wanted it to go well - but I made an appointment with one of the top rated nail techs and was still super disappointed.
