They got my delivery date wrong (despite multiple conversations) and ended up sending party essentials 2 hours before the arrival of guests. Missed some important equipment that was needed. Told me they were sending it but it never came and then there was radio silence. Asked for water glasses but got wine glasses instead. Penitentiary cafeteria quality silverware (embarrassing) but charged full price! Now I have asked for a refund of item that was missed. So far, radio silence. Will see.
