We had a great experience with the team today. They showed up, worked efficiently, and left the home feeling clean, reset, and easy to move through again. I really appreciate having a system like this in place—it gives both my wife and I our time and energy back, and that matters. The team was professional, focused, and clearly works well together. One small detail I wanted to mention (just to help tighten the process): a couple of the trash cans were left without liners. Not a big deal, but something that would make the experience completely dialed in. Overall, very happy with the service and the consistency. Definitely a system we plan to keep in place.

Another update: The owner finally reached out to me and basically said “oh well” even though in their response to my review they had mentioned a full or partial refund. At this point I will have to take different legal action against this company. I can’t strongly warn others about this company. Please do your research and go with a different company. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. Edit: I dropped it down to one star because I keep finding new things that they didn’t do and now broke. When the cleaners came back to finish the “deep” clean I heard a loud bang upstairs and thought nothing of it. Well they broke my shower curtain rod off the wall and didn’t bother to tell me when they left. Just left me to find it when I noticed it sitting on top of my shower wall and then subsequently falling down. This is beyond unprofessional. I know this review won’t do much but this is the first house cleaning I’ve ever booked and I’m just so disappointed and angry. And they want to charge me 500 dollars. After reading the reviews I was hopeful with this company but I was left very disappointed. They charge 525 for a deep clean and what they did was NOT a deep clean. I was told the first deep clean takes 2-3 hours which is what I expected and planned for. I was given an arrival time between 11-1 and of course like with most arrival windows they arrived right at the end of it at 1pm. Two ladies showed up and neither of them spoke any English, which thankfully my husband does but right after they showed up I got a text from the company stating that “we may have noticed that some of their staff didn’t speak English” and to just text this number if there was something that needed to be explained. The ladies were here for only an hour and a half. I spent the two days prior tidying and clearing all spaces and making sure everything was accessible for them to clean. After they left I noticed that none of the fans, blinds or window sills were touched. I texted the company to make sure that what I indeed paid for was the premium service and they said I did and apologized and sent the same crew back. At this time, it’s around 5. I spent all day at home for this cleaning. They did complete the tasks and overall the cleaning was okay but definitely not worth what I paid. They got the rings out of my toilet an hard water stains off my glass shower but like little details around the toilet were missed, baseboards were never touched, walls were NOT spot cleaned and this is all stuff that was supposedly included in the deep clean premium option. Definitely cancelling my two follow up appointments and will just cut my losses with the price I paid. I will say everyone I spoke to or interacted with was pleasant and friendly. Last update. On March 8th the “owner” reached out saying he wanted to review what happened and try to make it right. I said I would be open to that. Another number texts me the next morning and shares different plans with me. They really thought I was going to give them more money after this awful experience. Very unprofessional company, they text you from all different numbers which is just bizarre. Please do yourself a favor and go with any other cleaning company.

Wendy and her team did an amazing job with lots of extra attention to details. They even cleaned the oven! Will definitely request them again.

I get bi-weekly cleaning service and it's been great! One of the ladies who comes each week to clean is the same and knows how I like things, and her co-worker switches up depending on the week. They clean quickly, thoroughly, and always ask if there's any areas of concern. I really like how they empty all of the trash bins around the house too and take it out to my bins at the curb. They make scheduling my cleaning dates easy through texting and respond quickly to any inquiries I have. Highly recommend!
