Best clean I’ve ever seen. As a realtor I’ve seen many homes after a deep clean. This one was far ahead of any others. My house was not even this clean when I bought it! Well worth the money. Carpets looked newer, surfaces all shined, and a tub that was stained long before I purchasd is now bright white! I’m so thankful!

I am extremely disappointed with Perfect Cleaning. I paid a premium price expecting professional service, but the job was rushed and careless. The kitchen was not cleaned, the counters and table were never wiped, and they left dirty dishes sitting in the sink. The floors are still filthy, which makes it obvious they were never properly cleaned. They also ignored a visible pee spot on the floor from our dogs, which any professional cleaner should have addressed. On top of that, items were left out on the counter that were never there, and other belongings were moved and not returned. For what I paid, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I will not be using them again and do not recommend them to anyone seeking thorough or reliable cleaning.

Thankyou for Justin that helped me feel at ease with your cleaning company the Perfect Clean. Only your Ladies know how bad it was. They Left every room clean, dusted, vacuumed and mopped. All the Dust Bunnies and animal hairs gone. My floors and counters and glass shower doors and glass dining table are immaculately clean. My fans and light fixtures also, my cupboards and furniture never looked so good. All my mirrors too. They put their finishing touches in every room. Showing they care and are proud of what they do. Great Team my ladies. Excellent Team Work! Yes, would love to have you back on a monthly basis. Janice

We have been through a couple different cleaning people. Never have we found a company that was reasonably priced and that did a good job. We’ve always just had either a friend or someone that was doing it on the side to clean our house. My wife and I bought this house two years ago and it’s our forever home. And so we have been looking for someone to come in and just make sure that they treat our stuff and clean our home the way that we like it. WELLLL!!!! We found that company finally. I just came in from work and was absolutely amazed by how great the house looks. Everything is shiny, the house smells great and clean. There’s no water spots in the sink or on the shower doors. I am truly truly impressed and I’m so excited that we finally found a company to do this for us.

Extremely Disappointed – Not a Deep Clean We hired The Perfect Clean for a deep cleaning of our home before moving in, paying $420 with the expectation that the home would be thoroughly cleaned and ready. Unfortunately, what we got was barely a routine, surface clean, and we were incredibly disappointed with both the quality of service and how the company handled our concerns afterward. Despite this being marketed and charged as a deep clean, here’s what we walked into: * Dust everywhere, including on fan blades and large shelves * Sticky adhesive still on cabinets and shelves (when I pointed it out, I was told it couldn’t be removed) * Coffee grounds or dirt left in drawers * Walls and shelves still had visible marks * Sweeping wasn’t done * Corners weren’t wiped down * Mirrors weren’t wiped down * Lime scale buildup left untouched around bathroom sinks, bathtubs, and shower heads * Vacuuming was poor, dust was just pushed to the edges of rooms * Cobweb left by the front door where they had entered During the walkthrough, I had to point out obvious areas that hadn’t been touched. Shelves were only cleaned, after I pointed it out and waited for it to be done. Every time I pointed out things that weren’t cleaned, they acted annoyed or claimed they weren’t able to clean it. This did not feel like a team going “above and beyond” as one would expect with a deep cleaning. It felt rushed and careless. After sending 30 photos to document the missed areas, the company refunded me just $100. I explained that the service provided wasn’t worth over $300, but they claimed that was all they could offer. Frankly, I question whether they even understood this was supposed to be a deep clean. For the price and the name of the business, we expected “perfect.” Instead, we had to clean the house ourselves after they left. Would not recommend.
