Wedding Ring is amazing to work with! Kristen, the expo producer, is professional, wonderful, and so approachable. As a photographer, owner and operator of ‘It Is All About U Photography’, I’ve found their trade shows incredibly helpful for my business and overall success. They have a great system in place that makes every vendor feel welcomed and celebrated. Thank you, Kristen and Anne, for putting on such wonderful bridal shows and the team behind the scenes that adds and contributes to the success of the show!
The event organization was fantastic! Signing up was fast and check in was effortless. I really appreciated the stickers given with my registration info to give away to vendors, it saved me lots of time writing it down and it's lifesaver for those with uhh "doctor handwriting" 😅 The vendors were extremely helpful and friendly, they were also incredibly dedicated! The setups were so elaborate, and there were so many samples to help evaluate them. I pretty much had a full meal's worth of samples, from smoked salmon crackers, mashed potatoes with toppings, savoury tarts, to macaroons and lattes, and even some sparkling and candy for toast! The food vendors went HARD! Remember to bring an extra bag for all the brochures and goodies you'll receive from the vendors. The Wedding Ring goodie bag we got at the entrance came with a notebook where you will want to take vendor notes. However, I'm not sure if this is standard so you may want to bring a notebook or clipboard, because I certainly got more information than I can memorize on the spot! Bring COMFY SHOES because if you want to collect signatures for the big prize ballot, you'll do a lot of standing and walking. So happy I attended, I got so many ideas, information, leads, discounts, coupons, and got to meet lots of awesome vendors! Also, 🌈 friendly!
The event was great! Got a lot of great ideas for venues and met with a lot of amazing vendors who were so helpful in giving me some insight on planning my wedding.
