Matthew is a very knowledgeable technician. He does a wonderful job explaining everything he is talking about. He's very truthful about what to expect to happen, how to resolve issues, and he takes the time to show you on your own equipment what he is talking about. Matthew is just awesome and really knows his stuff. Matthew is the only technician that we will let do our service!

Earnest was amazing! We recently bought this house and keep finding problems... We got the Whole Home Easy Care Plan to start addressing them and to provide basic maintenance. We had Earnest write up lots of quotes! He paid great attention to detail and caught several potential problems that would have been very expensive to address later, now we can address them quickly! He also spotted the real source of a leak which will save us hundreds by fixing the actual problem! He answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the amazing experience! We look forward to working with Earnest and Thermal Services again!

This is the second time Axel has serviced our system. He is polite and professional in his manner. However, there has bern a problem on each visit. The first was when I needed to have my condenser motor replaced this summer. He forgot to install the mounting bolts and the motor fell into the unit a day or two later. Fortunately, it fell straight down, and the blades didn’t damage any of the fins or tubes. I asked the office not to assign him to my system again. When he showed up for my fall routine service, I didn’t say anything but this time he didn’t replace the cover on the humidifier unit. While this in and of itself is not a big deal, the two experiences make me question his attention to detail. As such, I cannot recommend him based on my experiences.

John S was our service technician. Our HVAC is 16 y/o and I knew that it was just a matter of time before I would have to replace it. John was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issues with my HVAC to include showing me live a camera feed showing the cracks inside the unit. There were several parts that needed replacing, but in the end, although it will be more expensive, I will replace my HVAC. Nobody wants to hear your system is in bad shape, but it has to be done. John did an excellent job of providing options and advising me it was my decision in the end. We have been with Thermal Services for several years. They all have been very professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to acknowledge Bryan and Derek who installed our new HVAC. They arrived at the scheduled time and described to me before they started working on what they would be doing. They gave me progress reports during the morning. When they finished they went over the new Thermostat and showed me all the work they had done. They also left the area as clean as they found it. Very smooth and professional installation!
