THE BEST SHOP IN TOWN!!!! Ths place is KILLER!! Work is guaranteed and certified!!! If ya ask them about a Gold Malibu, they will all know about it because they all care. It seemed like a great goodbye driving away., but this is my spot when she doesn't work!!!! My mother advised these guys before her passing and it has been ONE GREAT MEASSAGE!!!!

Based on my experience around the area with other shops and dealerships, this is the only shop that clearly cares not only about the vehicles but the people behind the wheel. They are thorough, honest, and personable while getting the job done surprisingly fast. My car sat at a dealership for weeks, but when I brought it here, they fixed multiple issues within a few hours.

I normally go here to get my oil changed because they have somewhat decent deals. However, I had a check engine light pop up and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I thought it would be a good price or even free like most places to check the light and then scheduled for an oil change at the same time. It ended up being $185 just for the engine diagnostic to say I needed a new gas cap. After that and the oil change I ended up paying $285 total. Total rip off. The guy also told me I needed a new tire, I made an appointment with discount because I have warranty with them. I got there and the discount guy checked all my tires saying I’m perfectly fine and don’t need a repair.

Had a serpentine belt shred these guys diagnosed issue and were able to access part and fix problem. They cleaned up all the rubber and shreds left from belt and fixed all the things associated with issue ensuring I would not have issues. They were constantly in touch with me keeping me informed pricing was fair and no surprises. They provided me with an updated maintenance schedule. Friendly, honest professional would likely return to take care of my vehicles. Thank you

Recently had my vehicle overheat on the highway, I limped it into Thunderbird Automotive and was immediately impressed by the thoughtful and honest approach from Tyler, letting me that they were really busy so it might be a day or two before they could get to it. He called early the next day and while the news wasn't great, they were always honest, practical and accommodating. The prices were absolutely reasonable and upfront. Everyone that I dealt with was professional yet kind and knowledgeable. I highly highly recommend this auto repair company and will be returning in the future.
