This afternoon two technicians ( Jovanney and Cedric) came to my home( 1233 Diamond Cove) to perform “residential home maintenance” on my furnaces. I was very impressed with their professionalism, their attitude to go beyond to help a customer and their openness to answer questions regarding the service. This is why a 5 star rating was given. As long as Total Air has employees that copy these two technicians and make customer service paramount it will continue to be my HVAC provider.

I want to thank Jovanny and Cedrick for such an excellent job above and beyond the call of duty. They made me feel like I was the most important customer at the end of the day. I have my 92 year old mom who I take care of and that was especially a priority to them. To make sure we had cooling made the customer service even more special. I am beyond grateful and impressed for the compassion they showed. I give them both 12 out of 10 stars. I’m a Total Air customer for life.
