Usually have what you want. Friendly staff has sipping product stations. You earn rewards when you become a member. Most of the time I can purchase items with a discount. Download the app and you can order, purchase and pick up online. Huge clean store. Restrooms are available. Plenty of parking space. Come to Egan, Minnesota’s Total Wine and More. You will like the atmosphere and customer service is wonderful.

Total wine in Eagan Minnesota is absolutely fantastic. They have a humongous selection, including a large cooler area for beer and another area for wine. If you can’t find it here, you’re probably not gonna find it. The prices are spot on. They have tons of staff always running around if you need any assistance. The checkout folks and the staff members walking about the store are extremely nice. I would highly recommend this place.

Associate, Lisa was great. She helped me choose 4 bottles of wine and took me to the pumpkin beer choices. Manager, Taylor, on the other hand was extremely rude. I was having difficulty with the Total Wine app, when Lisa asked Taylor for help, in front of me. Taylor said take it to the cashiers, because she was too busy with a million other things. More important than customer service, Taylor? I told Lisa that was very rude. Peggy and Lisa helped check me out. Sorry, Taylor, but you SUCK.

Checked out with cashier Peggy. She seemed nice watching her interact with the previous customer who was a white gentleman. It’s my turn we greeted each other and I handed her my card that I got off the shelf for someone to get out the back she said okay with an attitude not sure why?…her tune totally changed when she was helping me! I HAND her my she takes my payment and hold my hand out for her to HAND me back my card and she slaps it on the counter. I was hesitant to take it back and I wanted to tell her about herself and how it basic retail etiquette if you worked retail before, you know what I’m talking about. She puts my bottle in the bag and doesn’t even hand me my bag!! I had to reach and take it off the hooks myself and grab my own bag. I was like wow! When I watched her put the previous customers bag in his shopping cart who happened to me a white gentleman. My receipt prints and she puts my receipt in my bag doesn’t hand that to me either. She doesn’t wish me a good day or anything, she immediately went on and greeted the next customer. This is not the first time I’ve been treated this way coming to this location.

This place is the Costco of liquor. Just really enjoy learning from the employees when I'm a novice on the new stuff. Im not reaching in the high end stuff anytime soon! But the employees pics are nice to make suggestions!
