Tropical Moon Events has gone above and beyond for me the past 2 years. I had the pleasure of working closely with Brenda A. who transformed all my visions into a reality and coordinated the most magical wedding for me at Kualoa Ranch. I never had to experience high stress levels or that “bridezilla” stage as Brenda had everything under control 100% of the time and always eased my mind.
I cannot thank Dania and her team at Tropical Moon enough for making our wedding absolutely magical! I reached out to her just 2 weeks before the big day. Despite the tight timeline, Dania and her team at Tropical Moon, along with Star Bar, worked their magic to pull off an unforgettable celebration. From the moment we started working together, I felt completely at ease. As a bride, I was able to relax and truly enjoy the process because I knew I was in capable hands. Dania’s professionalism and attention to detail made everything so seamless, and I never had to worry about a thing—everything was taken care of, especially on the wedding day. Our guests are still raving about the event weeks later, and the whole experience truly felt like a dream. Dania is not only a fantastic wedding coordinator, but she's also incredibly sweet and genuine. I highly recommend Dania and her team at Tropical Moon and Star Bar for any event. We initially went with the TME team as our coordination team as they were a preferred vendor of Kualoa Ranch. Boy, they did not disappoint! Caroline, Michelle and Christine CRUSHED IT. When we kicked off our coordination 5 weeks prior we quickly established a relationship with Caroline and she truly made us feel that we could entrust our entire wedding day with her. She thought of things that never crossed our minds, suggested edits to help things look or flow better and truly took a massive amount of stress off of my shoulders. The day of, she met us bright and early along side Michelle and Christine to set up and with having rained made suggestions that made sense to better accommodate our guests. When I say we trusted her, we trusted her. She is a pro through and through! The entire TME and starbar team made our wedding day even better than we could’ve imagined. We even made comments of it feeling like a break up and now not knowing what we’d do without our weekly check ins lol If you are looking for a coordination team, look no further! Caroline and the entire Tropical Moon Events team brought our wedding at the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay to life in the most magical and amazing way. It truly exceeded the very high expectations we had. From our very first call with Caroline, we immediately felt at ease and confident that she and her team were across every little and important detail and that they would help us experience the most stress-free and amazing day of our lives. We were particularly impressed by all the little details and how they supported us every step of the way. There wasn’t a detail that wasn’t thought of, anything that was on my mind, Caroline had already actioned or addressed. We felt so supported and truly felt like Caroline and the tropical moon events team were wholeheartedly supporting us on the most important day of our lives. Thank you will never be enough but please know, we are eternally grateful for the kindness, attention to detail, support and love sent our way by Caroline and the tropical moon events team. We would recommend Tropical Moon Events and Caroline in particular to any of our friends and family wanting to get married in Hawaii. Every guest complimented how seamless the whole day was and most importantly, we were able to remain fully present and in our love bubble all day thanks to Caroline and her team!
I 1000% recommend Tropical Moon Events and absolutely loved working with Caroline, Dania, and the rest of the team! As a bride from California, I wanted to ensure I hired a day-of coordination team that had a good rapport and experience working with all the local vendors I was considering, since I wouldn’t be on the island to meet with vendors myself. After researching various options and having a few introductory calls, I knew Tropical Moon Events was the right team. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful from the start and, like other reviews mentioned, their pricing was comparable to other vendors. I ended up hiring them for day-of coordination starting 60 days out, but they were still available to assist with any questions I had prior to my 60-day start date. Dania, the owner, even met with us 7 months in advance to do a walk-through of our venue. Once our 60 days began, we were paired with Caroline as our day-of coordinator, and she was absolutely lovely to work with! On our first call, she immediately understood the vision for our wedding and took over managing all the vendors and contracts. After that, she was always very responsive via email, answering any questions I had or even just brainstorming ideas. She played an instrumental role in planning the event layout and ensuring we had all the rentals we needed, from tables and chairs to the exact number of glasses and utensils. We had about 5-6 video chats over the course of the 60 days, and after each meeting, I felt so calm and excited for our wedding. Once wedding week arrived, Caroline had everything under control, allowing me to fully enjoy my time on Oahu with my fiancé, family, and friends! Tropical Moon also has its own bar service, Star Bar, and waitstaff service, Star Staff, both of which we hired for our wedding, and they were fantastic! We had the opportunity to do a drink tasting during one of our trips to Oahu, where the bartender came to us, mixed the drinks, and provided recommendations. Once we finalized our menu, Star Bar was incredibly helpful in providing a shopping list for all the alcohol we would need to purchase for our wedding. The Lilikoi Margarita was the biggest hit of the night! I also want to give a big shout-out to the Star Staff team; we received so many compliments after the wedding about how attentive and on top of everything they were all night!
