Truss Vet Urgent care located at 1800 battleground in Greensboro is a place where everyone truly cares for your pet. The staff is very friendly. Dr Monroe answered all my questions and we discussed my dog Summer's treatment for her illness. I didn't have to leave her. I loved their coffee and snacks area to take advantage of while we waited to be seen which wasn't very long. They have a variety drinks to choose from. Thanks everyone.
Our 9 month old black lab Chubbs, acquired a laceration, called our vet and they sent us to Truss. I’ll be honest, I was anxious- I didn’t know them and I had to put my full trust in them. I called Truss and spoke with the receptionist Bre- she was so kind and helpful. We arrived and were promptly placed in a room and met Brian, he was so kind and helpful! It was determined that he would need to be sedated for stitches (as expected). Brian stated that the team would be able to provide updates on Chubbs throughout the procedure. I was able to leave to get a carrier for Chubbs and switch vehicle's. As soon as I left PetSmart, I received a message stating that he did great and was ready for pick up! Post procedure, we met Dr. Meyers, and she throughly reported her findings and provided his care plan. She was fantastic, she was kind and compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better experience. From the first phone call to bringing him back home, it was smooth. Communication was open and clear. All around a wonderful experience, in the midst of a stressfull situation. Pricing was absolutely fair, in all honestly I probably spent $200 more than I would’ve at our vet, BUT I saved significantly less than we would’ve spent at CVS or HT- and the care was far superior. And Chubbs was able to be seen immediately, absolutely a fair trade. Forever thankful.
We needed to find a vet yesterday for an anal gland abcess/rupture and Truss came highly recommended. We visited the Greensboro location. The staff, facilities, and overall care were excellent. Being in the pet industry myself I was very impressed at the attention to detail. I love the convience of being able to make an appointment ahead of time if time allows for non emergent issues. It was also very helpful that they take Trupanion direct pay as these things don't always tend to happen at the most convenient times. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Urgent Care Experience I had such a great experience here! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and patient with my dog, who is very large and can sometimes be a handful. They treated him like one of their own and made sure he felt comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated how gentle and professional they were. Their pricing was very reasonable, and being able to schedule an appointment made everything smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful for the care they provided—highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who wants their pet treated with kindness and respect!
Truss is such an amazing place! They accept walk ins and were able to get us right in. The staff is so friendly (everyone there)!! They did an amazing job with the care of my dog and with interacting with me during a stressful moment. They were so gentle and loving towards her and reassuring towards me. They were transparent of costs and even presented multiple options. I was in and out and my dog is doing much better thanks to their incredible care! I would highly recommend them!! They also sent home a personalized handwritten card and followed up the next day to see how she’s doing! You couldn’t ask for better care and attention!
