WARNING: $1,350 for a 2-Minute Move Date of Move: January 7, 2026 COST: I was charged $1,200 for a move that was a 2-minute drive away, plus $150 for a table they broke, bringing the total to $1,350. Approx. 80 items total ~10 large items ~70 boxes and bags Two movers Took 7 hours, even though I actively helped to speed things up For a move of this distance and size, this cost is excessive and unreasonable. DAMAGE & CLAIMS: During the move, they damaged my table. After waiting from January 7th to January 12th, I was finally informed by email that their policy only covers $50 for the damage. In other words: if they break your belongings, you’re largely responsible for the loss. The table cost $150, so while I’m fortunate it wasn’t something more expensive, the handling of the situation was unacceptable. DISTANCE: Move was from 1792 Pembina Hwy (The Onyx) to Plaza Drive (Sterling Towers) — a 2-minute drive. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I remained patient and polite throughout. All I asked for was a fair replacement for the damaged table. I was repeatedly told the owner would call me back. I waited, followed up, and was continually put off. Only after I said I would be writing this review and reporting the matter to the BBB did they offer to replace the table — on the condition that I do not leave this review. I declined. I’ll take the loss so others are informed. FINAL THOUGHTS: Overpriced Poor damage policy Slow and dismissive resolution process Conditional compensation tied to suppressing reviews Proceed with caution.

Edit to update after owner's reply given that they still don't seem to see an issue with any of their communication. I said - "Awesome. Thanks a bunch for the quick reply. Is this something that can usually be done within an hour? The two locations are only about two blocks apart. Just want to make sure I budget accordingly. " They replied "Yes it usually is. For any time beyond the initial 1 hours dock to dock travel, we charge $149 per additional hour, or $37.25 for every 15 minutes increments past the 1hr minimum dock to dock travel." No mention of how far away their dock is, just that this hour is 'usually enough' (Despite them knowing it obviously wouldn't be if they had done anything to provide an actual accurate estimate) You also didn't bother mentioning that you indeed told me - "Thanks for confirming. The 9:00 AM slot has since been filled, however we do have 11:30 AM available on Friday." and yet you showed up at 9:30. Just brutal buds. Still gonna leave it at 2 stars but thanks for reminding me of the conversation I already know we had lol. ORIGINAL REVIEW - First of all, the movers themselves were fantastic. Professional, courteous, and quick. The communication from the office was awful. I gave them the address for the to and from. They told me that single item service would be best and the charge was $299 for the hour with increments of 15 minutes from there. I asked if an hour would be enough time for this job so I could budget properly. They said more than likely it would be, no mention of anything else to be aware of. Great. So I booked in for 11:30am on Friday. At 8:45 this morning I get a call saying they will be there at 9:30. Frustrating enough but whatever, I was able to make it work. The entire job from loading to unloading took 40 minutes, maybe even less. When it came time to square up they wanted $450. I called the office frustrated and they said that the time was for them to drive across the city to my address. If you knew the address I was having stuff picked up, why would they not bother mentioning that to me when I specifically wanted to budget properly? Because if they had, I wouldn't have used them. Service was fine. Price was extortion. Office was terrible. Only reason it isn't a 1 is because the crew themselves were a couple of really nice guys.

Excellent experience. Jimmy was super helpful setting everything up and movers Harish and Pelumi were fantastic. Arrived right on time, very friendly and efficient. They treated every item with care and placed things exactly where we wanted them. Whole move took under 2 hours and pricing was more than fair. Would recommend without hesitation.

They did an amazing job packing and moving us from our apartment into our townhouse! They were extremely careful with everything too. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!!! Prince and Ernest were also super friendly and patient with us!

These guys were very fast, but also very careful! They had tons of moving blankets and wrap to make sure everything was properly covered and protected. They were also friendly, and patient with us. I have pets that had to be locked up in a room, and they had to be moved from room to room as the movers were emptying rooms. My new place has very narrow halls, steep stairs, and I have big furniture, and they were still able to get it done quickly without any problems. I wish I would have been able to tip them, but being on disability didn't allow me to do so. I highly recommend them! 👍🏼😁👍🏼 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
