I've been with Urbanex over a year, all service techs have called ahead so I can secure my dogs and ask if I had any concerns. The last tech was Charlie, this week Ni came, both were very professional, polite and efficient. Ni was the first female. She was very knowledgable and empathetic when I was concerned about a particular problem. I have always been pleased with the techs but Ni showed me respect and understanding when I needed it. She went above and beyond. A true caring company who listens to your needs. I highly recommend them to keep your home safe from all pests.

Brad is awesome, always looks out for us and provides awesome service. I have no ant issues or termites since he started taking care of my property. Always goes out of his way to make sure all our traps are set everything is in good shape and working and even came back when we had a random pop up of ants. I highly recommend, you cannot pay someone enough to care and he truly cares about his clients.

Omar was EXCELLENT!! He was incredibly real and so very thorough, paying attention to detail and providing no extra traps upon request!! His communication was top-notch and his kindness unforgettable! My mother and I really appreciate him coming to treat the outside, inside and garage. I am very happy with his service and hope that his route doesn’t change so that we can continue to have our home protected with such care. Thank you Omar!!

0/10 recommend. The salesman LIE about not locking into contract. You absolutely can NOT CANCEL without being charged. I had a newborn and was skeptical but decided to give it a shot since he said I would not be charged, but that was also a lie. I got charged 3 TIMES in one month! Every call to rectify the situation only got worst. “Scott” who handles collections has the worst customer service and also lied. He said he would send techs out to resolve the issue but instead submitted a cancellation email and charged me AGAIN. This company will spend more time taking your money than actually helping and runnng an effective pest control business. I wouldn’t be surprised if this review isn’t left on the business page. They only post the “good” but I’ve read up on the posts who had similar issues as me. It’s unfortunate. This company is a scam. STAY AWAY FROM THERE and don’t be stuck or charged like me! The service doesn’t work and you’re stuck cleaning up THEIR mess.

I have used Urbanex for years and I am going to get quotes from other companies. I have holes all around my house. Urbanex was here a month ago and put granules around the house and added poison the my pest box. Now the pest box is empty and I have all of these holes. The guy told me what product to buy on Amazon to kill grubs. He says his company doesn’t use that product. He says I need to kill the grubs because I may have armadillo or shrews or voles and they eat grubs. I am also having an animal control company he recommended come next week. I spent $100.00 on the Amazon product to kill grubs he recommended. Why won’t your company use products that work??? I am definitely getting quotes from other companies and I am a very unhappy customer. The guy was great that came. The company not so great for my particular problem.
