Bought my washer and dryer from there summer of 2024 and the process was very easy. I bought the warranty for 5 years for each item. My washer stop working last month so I called the warranty company ( CENTRICITY ) WROST COMPANY EVER!! they were very rude and unprofessional I waited over a month just so they can tell me they can't fix my washer BTW they didn't even send someone out to look at my washer. Do not buy the extended warranty.

Spent the morning trying to call but only got a voicemail. When they return calls it doesn’t ring but goes to your voicemail. Not helpful. My appliance was broken out of the box and it was an all day hassle.Josh was kind, but the business needs to try their own phone customer service so they can see how terrible it is. If you press operator or another store, they connect you to the voicemail. Biggest waste of a day I’ve had in a long time.Do yourself a favor and start somewhere else.

The staff is friendly, but I wouldn't buy here; the prices are higher than elsewhere.
fallen but saved
Brand new appliances after buying a house. Broke in a month and try calling them is frustrating. Too many connections then cut you off. Or wait for over half an hour then nothing.
